1 JAC ADHESIVE REFERENCE GUIDE The JAC range of self adhesive products have special adhesives designed for all types of applications and conditions. When choosing an adhesive, you need to consider these points: End use application e.g. damp/cold storage, immersability, removability Substrate - what type of surface will the label need to stick to? All permanent adhesives are subject to trial Temperature of substrate and/or environment when labelled Wet or dry application Permanent or Non-Permanent (Removable) Slits are 50mm apart and run parallel to the grain direction The use of over varnish is essential to enhance surface water repellency when used for labels exposed to moisture from condensation during filling/labelling, storage or refrigeration JAC SPLIT BACK Please note splits are 50mm apart as shown % GST applicable to all prices. 2 JAC ADHESIVE REFERENCE GUIDE (Continued) The JAC Sheet Range offers the following adhesives: Adhesive for Paper Face Stock D2000N ET9 ET9L FR8NG PROMO NP2 WLK202 WLR A permanent acrylic adhesive especially developed for paper sheet stocks Formulated to provide improved converting properties during sheeting and guillotining D2000N adheres well to a wide range of substrates and it has excellent UV resistance and ageing properties A strong permanent acrylic adhesive for paper labels A permanent adhesive designed for use with laser, copier and inkjet printing ET9L has excellent heat, UV and ageing resistance Rubber based adhesive featuring cold temperature performance on a wide variety of packaging materials such as paper, cardboard and films Adheres well to curved or irregular surfaces Removable adhesive for short-term promotional applications Non permanent adhesive which is removable from a wide range of substrates including glass, fabric, metal, wood, and white goods - without leaving residue Permanent adhesive with extremely high tack - suitable on surfaces affected by heavy condensation A strong acrylic adhesive with extremely high tack and good adhesion WLR can be repositioned on dry and mildly condensated bottles for up to three days after application - becomes permanent thereafter Adhesive for Synthetic Face Stocks AL70 CD303 E85 E140 SRP A strong permanent adhesive developed for use with PVC and metalised PET films and foils A very aggressive adhesive designed to give an extremely strong bond to a wide variety of substrates including chemical drums and uneven surfaces CD303 is suitable for laser printed synthetics and is therefore suited for various data labels A removable adhesive for JAC range of PVC films Suitable for application onto various substrates A permanent adhesive which is specifically suited for use with JAC range of PET and PVC films A permanent adhesive developed for the JAC range of PE and PP synthetic films Features high UV resistance and is designed for the use on dry surfaces SRP has a repositional quality when adhered onto glass, HDPE, LDPE or PP 10% GST applicable to all prices.
