6 Defence Procurement Government policy states: The public sector should collect, maintain and provide detailed spectrum related data so that others may have access on a shared basis Industry has a huge part to play Promoting the development of systems that are frequency agile Consider spectrum efficiencies as a key driver Consider Information restrictions such as ITAR from the USA when supplying equipment. The Defence industry should make every effort to broker agreements so that the Data can be released to relevant parties in the UK so that clearance can be agreed. Provide all the spectrum related data to the DT in a timely manor in accordance with the CADMID cycle so that it can be utilised by the JSA Initial Gate Main Gate
