2 European Framework for Electronic Communications The European Framework for Electronic Communications is implemented in all Member States of the European Union and various experiences have been made. The WIK conference in Berlin will focus on the review and evaluation of the Regulatory Framework for Electronic Communications in the Member States. The ICT sector performance, the status of the framework implementation and especially the process of market definition & market analysis as well as the regulatory best practice in the different markets will be the cornerstones of the event.
