Description: The office space is located in the central part of the most frequent street in the Old Town of Stockholm (i.e. Gamla Stan). The Old Town dates back to the 13th century and consist of medieval alleyways, cobbled streets, and archaic architecture. In close vicinity lies Stortorget, a scenic large square in the centre of Gamla Stan, which is surrounded by old merchants' houses including Sidan 2 av 5

3 the Stockholm Stock Exchange Building. Back in 80, a home of ex Swedish PM, Olaf Palme, was only 10 meters away from the Wasa Crystal office space. The location is regularly visited by number of tourists. Thus, it is suitable for conducting different types of business activity (i.e. not only for sale of crystal / porcelain products and fine jewellery) as imminent contacts with the large number of potential customers (clients) can be easily established. Two-level office space totalling to approx. 131 m2 consists of two interconnected, separate, office (apartment) units. The ground level, in which, currently, the main entry into office space is situated, has surface of 60m2 and lies on Västerlånggatan.
