The MPS has produced information for People Proceeded Against (PPA) as conviction information is held by the Ministry of Justice (MOJ). PPA are individuals who are charged, cautioned or reprimanded etc. Please find attached information pursuant to your request above. Information Rights Unit

Failing to certify working dog before it is three months old ; show dog with removed tail ; knowingly give false information to a vet concerning giving of S.6 certificate. Intentionally obstruct person exercising power conferred by this section relating to animal in distress.
