3 Our History of Integrity and Value Cool Air Mechanical Incorporated was formed in 2007 by Greg Torgeson and Jeremy Ridlon. Since then we have increased the ownership by bringing forward key technicians into our ownership strategy of six owners. From our company s inception, we have consistently defined our core values as honesty, integrity and respect for the company s employees and customers. Cool Air Mechanical is a serviced based solutions mechanical contractor. Our primary focus is commercial HVAC, plumbing projects, commercial industrial refrigeration and commercial laundry equipment. We maintain open communication with our contractors on new construction as well as provide service to commercial building owners, property managers and tenants. Cool Air Mechanical services projects across the State of Alaska. Our service lines include, but are not limited to, HVACR and Plumbing service and repair, commercial laundry service repair, preventative maintenance, remote diagnostics and controls and power management. We also do full phase mechanical construction of all types. We continue to partner with our customers across the State of Alaska providing a path to a reduced operating cost, which in turn allows them to manage their investments wisely. Our belief in the importance of focusing on life- cycle costs of HVAC systems allows us to provide value throughout the design- build- service- operations continuum. Cool Air Mechanical, Inc. takes great pride in the quality of our workmanship and we are committed and accountable over the long run, so it is always our goal to do it right, first and fast. We work to develop a climate of collaboration by partnering with our customers and provide the right solution to meet their indoor environmental needs at every stage of the buildings life- cycle. We believe that every successful project requires a team approach among all members including the owner, designers, general contractors and sub- contractors.

4 Our Project Approach and Philosophy Manage the full lifecycle Our fundamental philosophy and business model is predicated on working with our customers to control the full life- cycle cost of their HVACR systems and commercial laundry equipment through efficient design, effective construction, dependable service and quality craftsmanship delivered by skilled professionals. We do not take short cuts for the sake of expediency savings. Our approach on any project is to provide our customers with the best available alternatives and sufficient data with which to make informed decisions during the design process. The typical trade- offs that are required in mechanical systems include whether to install new or re- use existing equipment, occupant comfort requirements, energy savings, and speed of installation, first costs and life- cycle costs. We engage in a constructive dialogue with our customers about these alternatives and potential liabilities associated with equipment failure. We provide all necessary information allowing the decision makers to make an informed choice. Once a decision is made we will do our very best to ensure that our customers requirements and objectives are met as the construction process evolves. After the installation work is complete we work with the customer to commission the equipment so that it is operating to the engineered specifications. After all systems are fully operational and the building is occupied, we provide regularly scheduled preventative maintenance under contract to the owner. Our objective is to maintain the operating integrity of the systems per OEM specifications.
