7 DYNSIM Foxboro Simulation of CP SCP software, built from the actual Foxboro Control Processor (CP) 270/280 source, uses the same communication protocol and connects to the same hardware and software as the Foxboro CP. SCP software provides a comprehensive environment for modeling, validation, system checkout, and training. SCP includes a light version of the DYNSIM process modeling software and the capability to bulk configure tie-back models based on the I/O. TRISIM Plus TRISIM Plus is the only solution that connects lock-step to the Triconex Trident, Tricon, and TRI-GP controller emulation for robust and seamless integration.
