You must attach to your application officially authenticated copies (photocopies) of your Certificates. Should the Certificates be not in German or English, an officially authenticated translation must be submitted. You are advised to contact the embassy or Consulate of the Federal Republic of Germany on this matter. Kassel University w ill decide as early as possible on your application and notify you by about the outcome of your application. It is therefore very important that you spell your address very clearly. Officially authenticated photocopies of TOEFL, IELTS, DAAD Sprachzeugnis or Cambridge CAE scores (not required from nativ e English speakers or students with a continuous education in English) 5. Proof of one year of v oluntary or paid practical social-political experience (for example, in politics, univ ersity politics, or in policy-oriented civ il society organizations) 7.
