Register for Classes Registration may be completed online for students who have a MyNWCCD login or in person at the Advising Office. Register early because many classes fill quickly. All students registering for classes online or in person must sign the Student Financial Responsibility Agreement. Directory Information Under the terms of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), the College has established the following as directory information: name, address, , telephone number, program of study, campus, dates of attendance, degrees and awards, date and place of birth, previous schools attended, participation in officially recognized sports and activities, and weight and height of members of athletic teams. Students who want to block release of this information must contact the Records Office at extension 1431 or Transcripts Official transcripts may be requested through the Records Office as follows: Submit request through WebAdvisor in MyNWCCD. Print request form from College website, then fax or mail it to the Records Office. Visit the Records Office. Requests must be made by the student! 3 Payment Full payment is due by the first day of the semester or at registration. Payments should be made to the Business Office through MyNWCCD, in person, by mail or by phone. A $75 late fee will be assessed on the Friday before the next semester s registration to any account with a balance of $100 or more. Overload Fee A tuition overload charge will be assessed for all hours in excess of 18 credit hours, in accordance with the student s residency classification. Overload charges are refundable based on our tuition refund policy. Tuition and Fee Refunds A portion of tuition and fees will be refunded to any student who officially withdraws from full semester classes within the first three weeks of the semester, or 18.75% of the class for shorter than full-semester classes, as follows: Full Semester Classes Refund Shorter Than Full Semester Classes Within 7 calendar days 100% Within 6.25% of length of class Within 14 calendar days 70% Within 12.5% of length of class Within 21 calendar days 40% Within 18.75% of length of class After 21 calendar days 0% After 18.75% of length of class Students who drop courses but maintain their full-time status will only be refunded fees and institutional fees according to the above policy. NO refunds will be made to students who do not officially drop or withdraw from classes, or whose misconduct has resulted in suspension or dismissal from the College. Golden Age Grant Wyoming residents who are 60 years of age or older qualify for tuition grants and reduced admission to special events. The Golden Age Grant will cover half the cost of tuition for credit courses (including audited courses). Golden Age Grants are not available for summer classes. These grants are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. An application form for this grant may be obtained from the Financial Aid or the Records Office Tuition & Fee rates were not available at the time of printing.
