10 BIZTONSÁG ÉS KÉNYELEM K TROCELLEN (PE Extended Product Range Chart Ordering information The WKF Karate (20mm), WAKO (22mm) and Multisport Induction (40mm) tatami in red/blue colours with tatami pattern are in standard range. Follow up order can be accepted. Special orders for other color combinations and monochrome can be accepted as well but please calculate with 30% down payment. Delivery for non standard products is expected within 6-8 weeks. Special colours are go no with extra charge but 100 PCs./colour is the minimum orderquuantity. Occasionally the minimal quantity requirement can be lowered if we can close it up with other orders. We can offer our discounted prices in case of higher quamtity demands or promotional agreements. 11 Users - maintenance manual General usage Tatami are basically made for intensive usage. The material (EVA Ethylene Vinyl Acetate), surface and special properties are designed considering these features. So these are durable without any special maintenance. But with a little care - observing these advices - we can extend the lifespan of these products. In order to avoid the incidental surface damages the basic rule to follow is that We use the tatamies only bare foot or in smooth treaded sneakers! Do not place heavy, sharp or pointy objects (eg. chairs or scaffolds) on the surface of the tatami. When you install and disassemble the tatami avoid the violent moves which can cause deformation of the edges or may result damage of the connecting parts. The tatami are designed for indoor flooring, but occasionally can be used at outdoor events and sports camps as well. However, at this time you should be careful (avoid uneven, rough and dirty surface), also in case of open-air storage ( don't expose it on intense sunlight) and when you clean it after usage. Cleaning The surface of the tatami are designed that they would not absorb different kinds of stains. So while used in gyms they require little maintenance. So for the daily cleaning there is no need any special formula. The most appropriate cleaning materials are the better quality dish detergents, which include grease dissolvent and antiseptic substances but gentle with your skin. The usage of aggressive dissolvent (eg. Domestos) are to be avoid! We recommend to wash the tatami one-by-one with a sponge or a soft brush then rinse them with clear water and let them dry. With different kinds of washing up appliance we can clean it also as one surface efficiently. We have to be careful because the water may leak in at the puzzle edges of the tatami so we should use a moderately wet mop. In case of an intensive exposure a more thorough and antiseptic cleaning may be required. Substances cobtaining elements which may react with plastics should be avoided. It's recommended to use diluted antiseptic formulas available in pharmacies. The use of cleaning devices (e.g. high pressure cleaning machines) are not recommended because the not appropriate usage of these devices may result in the serious damage of the surface. Devices like this should only be applied at the user's own responsibility. Storage If it is possible, always store the tatami laid on each other. For a long time storage please choose only a dry, dust free place with smooth surface. There are no special requirements regarding humidity and temperature. Avoid extreme conditions (eg. extra high temperature due to intense sunlight). If tatami are stored in a place with temperature below 0 C it is advised to keep them on room temperature for a few hours before installation.
