4 TECHNICIAN-STUDIO CONDITIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR FEATURES, ONE HOUR AND ONE-HALF HOUR FILM OR DIGITAL SHOWS-PANEL 4 NOTE 4: (Outside the Corridor) Applicable to a First Assistant Photographer assigned to operate specialized equipment such as, but not limited to, Panavision and other anamorphic equipment or 3-D equipment and similar situations, including the preparation of such specialized equipment where special skills, ability and experience are required. NOTE 5: (Outside the Corridor) Also applicable to a First Assistant Photographer employed by a company without an existing Camera Department (as such departments are commonly known in the industry). PANAVISION PREVIEW SYSTEM Schedule for Panavision Preview System is the same as for Film Loaders: weekly guarantee is forty (40) hours, time and one-half (1½) after forty (40) hours. Minimum call is eight (8) hours. Gold begins after twelve (12) hours worked on half hour episodic television shows. Minimum wage scale effective July 29, 2012 to and including August 3, 2013 shall be $25.34 an hour. INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNT PLAN-ALL AGREEMENTS Effective July 29, 2012 to and including August 3, 2013, the Producer shall contribute six percent (6%) of the scale Regular Basic Hourly Rate of pay for all hours worked or guaranteed. WAGES PILOTS ONE HALF HOUR AND ONE HOUR EPISODIC TELEVISION For Pilots and the first two (2) production seasons of any such series, the wage rates set forth in the Local Agreements for the period immediately preceding the period in question shall apply; thereafter the wage rates in the Local Agreements shall apply. 9/17/2012 ER Panel 4 12:27 PM

For such one-half hour television motion pictures, the wage scales shall be as set forth in the Basic Agreement and in the West Coast Studio Local Agreement; working conditions shall be set forth in the Videotape Agreement, except that for employees engaged on one-half hour single camera television motion pictures, the Turn Around or Call-back Times provisions in the West Coast Studio Local Agreement shall apply in lieu of the corresponding provisions in the Videotape Agreement. 9/17/2012 ER Panel 7 12:28 PM

Hourly wages are computed at 1/8th of daily or 1/40th of weekly wages.
