Performance Management is a Sub-Specialty of Applied Behavior Analysis. FSU has the only undergraduate program in the United States to offer this specialty. Students complete a PM Project with local businesses and gain valuable hands-on experience. Students have proven successful in gaining admission to graduate school and in finding jobs in business settings.
