The MY PROFILE should have the following concepts: The first should be called My Affiliation. To day we called it My Profile. Just replace the name and it is complete as it is. My Industrial Sector Experience with the following information: The Service Provider will select from the list of 5 Industrial Sectors and within each sector the corresponding subsectors. He can select as many as required by his expertise. In case the user has a certificate he will mention it here Entity. Organization awarding the certificate Country

My Profile My Affiliation My Professional Profile My Academic Credentials My Industrial Sectors expertise Services Offered My Technology Experience Browse current projects My Projects Projects of Interest Proposals under preparation Proposals submitted Projects under execution Messages Inbox Sent Compose Forum Browse active forums Submit a comment Manage my account On top of the Menu Option on the left you could have a switch to move from To Hire to To Work modes When you are on To Hire mode, that is the title that appears on top of the left Box. If you place the cursor on top of title, it will let you switch to the other mode with the corresponding set of options.
