14 Travel farther with added perks and protection No Foreign Transaction Fees on Purchases Whether you re traveling abroad or shopping on an international retailer s site, you can avoid paying foreign transaction fees on purchases you make with your card. For example, if you spend $2,000 on foreign purchases, you will avoid paying $60 in foreign transaction fees, based on a 3% fee that is charged on select Citi cards. Worldwide Car Rental Insurance Be more confident at the rental car counter you may be covered against theft or damage to a rental car when you pay for your rental with your Citi card and decline the rental company s collision loss/damage insurance.

15 Lost Baggage Protection Say good-bye to baggage worries. If your checked or carryon luggage is lost, stolen, or damaged by the common carrier while on a trip, we may refund the purchase price of the missing items or the cost to repair or replace the damaged items, whichever is less. Trip Cancellation & Interruption Protection Travel plans can go awry for many reasons. If certain unforeseen events get in the way of your trip, you may be reimbursed for nonrefundable trip expenses, like change fees, provided you paid for the trip with your Citi card. Trip Delay Protection Expenses while you wait, like meals or lodging? No worries, it s covered. If your trip on a common carrier is delayed on a trip, we may reimburse you for expenses incurred because of the delay. Baggage Delay Protection If your common carrier checked baggage is delayed on a trip, we may reimburse the cost of necessary personal and business items until their baggage arrives. 17 $0 Liability on Unauthorized Charges Whether online or at a store, if someone uses your card without consent, you won t have to worry about paying for charges you didn t authorize. Billing Dispute Resolution If there s a problem with a purchase made using your Citi ThankYou Premier Card, we will gladly serve as the liaison between you and the vendor to help resolve the issue quickly. The Lost Wallet Service If you ve lost your card, we ll replace it, usually within 24 hours. In addition, we ll provide you with emergency cash, subject to your available revolving credit limit and cash advance limit. 8 Fraud Early Warning Our Fraud Early Warning monitors your account to detect potentially fraudulent transactions. If we see suspicious activity, we will take appropriate actions to protect your account, including contacting you to validate the transactions. Citi Identity Theft Solutions Identity theft can be a traumatizing experience. Luckily, our team of dedicated Identity Theft Specialists are invested in helping you contact credit bureaus, assisting with police reports and offering any other assistance to get your life back in order. On the day of the scheduled payment, the cash from your redeemed ThankYou Points will be deposited and the full amount of your bill payment will be deducted from your checking account. At that time, the points will be deducted. 8 Emergency card replacement outside the continental United States may take a minimum of 48 hours.
