3 Standard energy audit The standard energy audit aims at a quick valuation of the energy saving potential and at a formulation of advice and first recommendations of simple measures to be undertaken. This audit is a technical review taking into account all available building data. 4 Detailed energy audit This energy audit makes it possible, starting from a detailed analysis of building figures, to recommend energy economy programs. The audit should allow the owner to decide upon the most appropriate investment program in order to improve the energy performance of his property. Duration The duration of service depends on the size of the building, the specificities of its equipment and the required metering campaign. (As a rule 7 to 15 days would be appropriate for a majority of buildings.)
