1 Terms and Conditions for Jurrassic Conditions of Entry The terms and conditions contained below will apply to anyone who wishes to attend to a Jurrassic Event, in the capacity of a participant, spectator or volunteer. You acknowledge the following in its entirety: 1. Jurrassic Events include dangerous activities which constitute dangerous recreational activity under the Civil Liability Act 2003 (Qld) (as amended from time to time) and any reciprocal legislation in all States and Territories of Australia (as may be applicable depending on the location of the Jurrassic Event) and that Jurrassic Pty Ltd A.C.N ( Jurrassic ) is a provider of recreational activities as defined in the Civil Liability Act 2003 (Qld) (as amended from time to time) and any reciprocal legislation in all States and Territories of Australia (as may be applicable depending on the location of the Jurrassic Event). 2. You are warned, acknowledge and accept that a Jurrassic Event is recognised as a dangerous place that contains dangerous challenging obstacles, with inherent risk, obvious and unknown, natural and constructed, which may result in loss or damage to your property, personal injury or even death. 3. Knowing this, if you choose to enter the property where a Jurrassic Event is held you do so entirely at your own risk and to the extent permitted by law, you release and indemnify Jurrassic (and its officials, employees, agents, volunteers and contractors) from and against any claim or liability of any nature in relation to injury or death, from you or any third party which might arise from entry to, or the use of Jurrassic Event area by you and any accompanying persons and/or minors regardless of how the damage, injury or death is sustained or caused. This applies both to claims arising from the inherent risk of the event or the ordinary negligence of Jurrassic. 4. All registrants must read and sign the Participation Agreement and Waiver, Release and Assumption of Risk Agreement. All registrants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian read and sign the Participation Agreement and the Waiver, Release and Assumption of Risk Agreement on their behalf. By signing the participation Agreement and the Waiver, Release and Assumption of Risk Agreement you are representing to Jurrassic that you are the parent or authorised guardian of any children aged 17 and under ( minors ) accompanying you, and provide these acknowledgments and disclaimers on behalf of yourself and all such accompanying minors. 5. The Waiver, Release and Assumption of Risk Agreement and Participation Agreement must be signed and received on the day of the event at the registration marquee, before any registration packs are provided to the participant. You will not be able to participate if you do not sign the Waiver, Release and Assumption of Risk Agreement and Participation Agreement.

2 6. A personal accident insurance fee is included as a compulsory item on all participants and spectators for Jurrassic. This insurance provides participants and spectators with a basic level of cover in the event that you are injured whilst participating in a Jurrassic Event. This insurance is mandatory for all participants and spectators, irrespective of other insurance you may have in application at the time of the Jurrassic Event. 7. The personal accident insurance arranged for the this event is a basic policy and as such it is strongly recommended that all participants and spectators take out their own private health insurance and income protection insurances before participating in the event. We make no representations as to the adequacy or appropriateness of the cover provided for each person s individual circumstances and we recommend that you discuss these requirements with a financial services provider prior to engaging in a Jurrassic Event. 8. Details of the personal accident insurance policy obtained by Jurrassic are available here. For further information on this insurance policy or to discuss an increase in level of cover please contact Jurrassic's insurance broker: Webber Insurances Ph: 1300 WEBBER (932237). 9. Jurrassic reserves the right to alter the advertised course or location, close or withdraw obstacles, to postpone, reschedule or cancel the event if conditions merit it or otherwise at Jurrassic s sole discretion, including (but limited to) any of the following reasons: if natural or other unforeseen emergencies make running the Jurrassic Event unreasonable or unsafe, due to weather conditions, natural disaster, acts of god, terrorism, war or any other reason (at the officials sole discretion); and 10. In the event that a Jurrassic Event is changed or postponed as set out above, your registration fee will be non-refundable. 11. You agree to exhibit appropriate behaviour at all times, including obeying all laws event rules and directions of officials and you understand that your entry may be voided if through your actions or behaviour, in the opinions of the organisers, have broken these rules or brought the event into disregard. You further understand that the organisers reserve the right to reject any entry without having to justify their actions. 12. No alcohol is to be consumed before the Jurrassic Event. If any participant is suspected of being intoxicated or under the influence of and drug or alcohol, you will not be able to participate in the Jurrassic Event. The discretion remains with Jurrassic if you will be allowed to remain on the property as a spectator.

3 13. Be aware of any prohibited areas where no access is allowed. These barricaded, fenced or taped off areas are not allowed to be accessed by any participant or spectator for your own safety. You must not enter these restricted areas. 14. Any property or equipment (without limitation) that you bring into a Jurrassic Event, is brought at your own risk and Jurrassic (and its officials, employees, agents, volunteers and contractors) will not be liable for any claim or liability in relation to loss of or damage to such property, even where such loss or damage is caused by negligence, default or breach of contract by Jurrassic (or its officials, employees, agents, volunteers and contractors). 15. Permission is given by you to Jurrassic to use any photographic, video footage, multimedia and/or the like captured of you as a registrant or spectator during the Jurrassic Event by Jurrassic and its affiliates or contractors without payment and/or compensation to you. Any photographic, video footage, multimedia and/or the like captured of you as a registrant or spectator during the Jurrassic Event becomes the sole property of Jurrassic to use for any legitimate purpose, including but not limited to promoting, advertising and marketing activities. 16. Please be advised that any Jurrassic Event dates and locations may be subject to change. Team Registrations If you are registering a team for a Jurrassic Event you acknowledge and accept on behalf of all team members, that they are bound by the above terms and conditions that are set out above. All team members will be required to sign a Waiver, Release and Assumption of Risk Agreement Form and Participation Agreement Form before participating in a Jurrassic Event.

What kind of information we collect Personal information that Jurrassic will collect about you includes (but is not limited to) your name, address, telephone numbers and addresses, and possibly financial information including credit card information. Non-personal information may be automatically collected while accessing our website through the use of cookies. This collects anonymous statistical information which may include: The details of your computer including internet browser and computer platform; The IP (internet protocol) address of the machine; The traffic patterns through the website, such as date and time of visit, which pages and documents are accessed, and which website was visited before ours.

5 How we collect information Jurrassic may collect your personal information from you directly when you deal with staff members of Jurrassic, through means of communication including over the telephone, by , through this website or in person. Non-personal information outlined above may be collected from the use of cookies, small pieces of text data which can be stored on a user s computer when they access a website. These record your preferences in relation to your use of the site and provide us with other information about your enquiry that allows us to recognise your browser if you return to this website in the future. Jurrassic may collect personal information about you from a third party source. Reasonable steps will be taken to contact you and make you aware of the purposes for which Jurrassic has collected your personal information which has been obtained from a third party source. Why we collect information Jurrassic may collect personal information for any or all of the following purposes: To provide you with news and information regarding Jurrassic products and services; For purposes necessary or incidental to the provision of goods and services to you; To communicate with you; To verify your identity; To monitor the standard of services provided to you and/or other patrons of Jurrassic; to investigate any complaints about or made by you, or if we have reason to suspect that you are in breach of any of our terms and conditions or that you are or have been otherwise engaged in any unlawful activity; and/or as required or permitted by any law. How we disclose information We may disclose personal information, and you consent to us disclosing your personal information, for the primary purpose for which that information was collected or for purposes which is ancillary to that primary purpose. Jurrassic may from time to time engage third party contractors to carry out work. Third party contractors are prohibited from using collected personal information about you, except for the specific purpose for which that personal information has been supplied by Jurrassic to the contractor. Jurrassic does not disclose collected personal information to third parties other than its consultants or advisors, for the purpose of allowing such third parties to directly market products and services to you.

6 Security Jurrassic will take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information held from misuse, loss, or unauthorised access. Personal information about you may be stored in hard copy or electronically in data information storage systems of Jurrassic. This information will be protected by means of firewalls, password access, secure servers and encryption of credit card transactions. However, you acknowledge that the security of online transactions and the security of communications sent by electronic means or by post cannot be guaranteed. You provide information to us via the internet or by post at your own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for misuse or loss of, or unauthorised access to, your personal information where the security of information is not within our control. If you suspect any misuse or loss of, or unauthorised access to, your personal information, please let us know immediately. International We will not transfer your personal information to International countries without your express or implied consent. Access of your Personal Information If you wish to access your personal information Jurrassic will, on request, provide you with access to personal information held about you, subject to any limitations or exceptions in relevant legislation. We will deal with requests for access within a satisfactory time. If you are refused access to your personal information, we will provide you with reasons for the refusal, in accordance with the requirements of relevant legislation.
