4 [ Common Pain Points We want to activate business functions as part of an Enhancement Package, but are not sure what will be changed. When we apply support packages we run a full integration test which consumes resources from both IT and the business users. Our test scope planning during normal movement of transports is based on intuition. We would like something more programmatic. We accept a high level of risk by only testing critical business processes when applying transports or Support Packages because we don t have the resources to test. 4
