Present pre-surgical neuropsychological results at bimonthly Kaiser Permanente North Valley Movement Disorders Clinic team meeting. Movement Disorder team is a multidisciplinary team consisting of neurosurgeons, neurologists, neuropsychologists, biomedical engineers, and nurse practitioners. Provide opinion on fitness to undergo DBS implantation based on results from the pre-surgical neuropsychological evaluation. Perform baseline neuropsychological testing for high school athletes as part of the Kaiser Permanente North Valley Concussion Management Program using the Immediate Post-Concussion Assessment and Cognitive Test (ImPACT) system. Perform post-concussion evaluations using both the ImPACT system and traditional neuropsychological tests to assist in return-to-play decisions for high school athletes. Perform memory disorder/dementia screenings for the Kaiser Permanente Dementia clinic. Conducted clinical interview, 3-4 hour neuropsychological battery, generated written report, and provided feedback to patients and families. Conduct outpatient neuropsychological assessments on adults and lateadolescents with a variety of diagnoses including but not limited to: dementia, TBI, MS, ALS, MCI, stroke, psychiatric concerns, sportsrelated concussion, epilepsy, CNS tumors, pervasive developmental disorders, ADHD, and learning disabilities.
