11 QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM The Quality Management System (QMS) that corresponds to the ISO 9001, ISO standards and the direc ve 93/42/EEC was introduced in 2002 and has since been con nually developed and improved. Compliance with the applicable requirements is managed and annually approved with Cer ficates of Compliance granted by SGS United Kingdom Ltd., an interna onal no fied body. The CE mark on our products verifies their conformity with European Union safety rules. 13 EDUCATION AND TRAINING In our commitment to ongoing service support availability and its efficiency for all ADANI products we offer educa on and training courses for: CUSTOMERS Target audience: OPERATORS (X-ray laboratory assistants) RADIOLOGISTS DISTRIBUTORS Target audience: SALES MANAGERS SERVICE PROVIDERS Target audience: TECHNICAL SERVICE EXPERTS This course includes classroom and hands-on training on the product opera on. This course includes basic theory of product opera on and features, product advantages and peculiari es. This course includes in-depth training on product installa on, set-up, maintenance and repair. The training provided by ADANI cons tutes hands-on learning and may be held in the field. Experienced trainers share their vast knowledge in par cular spheres with the students. Educa on and training sessions comprise classroom and hands-on learning essen al for the successful opera on of our products. Modern classrooms, equipped with innova ve study material display equipment for, are at our disposal to provide comfortable and effec ve learning. Hands-on training u lizes the realis c products assembled at ADANI premises or at the customer premises (subject to approval). Organizing groups up to 10 students, we create an opportunity for all par cipants to maximize learning effec veness and help them to express themselves. ADANI FULL-BODY X-RAY PRODUCT LINE Every day millions of people all over the world pass through security checkpoints, hoping to do so as quickly and conveniently as possible. Our innova ve all-encompassing transmission X-ray technology for personnel security screening has been created for checkpoint inspec on at airports, border crossings and government buildings, or wherever high security is required. One of the important advantages of our systems is that it is possible to detect all types of dangerous substances, including liquid explosives when concealed, not only under clothes but also in body cavi es and prosthe c devices.

15 SECURITY PRODUCT LINE ADANI BV PRODUCT LINE These checkpoint, baggage and cargo screening and border security systems are specially designed to meet the main requirements of airports, customs facili es, carriers and parcel services. These dual-energy X-ray inspec on systems (scanners) allow for the iden fica on of weapons, explosives (including plas c explosives), drugs, fuses and dangerous objects which could be a safety hazard. ADANI DTP PRODUCT LINE The constant flow of goods and materials through border crossings and ports poses a world of challenges. The ADANI DTP high-energy X-ray scanners in movable, mobile and relocatable configura ons are designed to detect hidden contraband including weapons, explosives, weapons of mass destruc on, drugs and undeclared goods for inspec on cargo, trucks and passenger vehicles at seaports and border crossings.

18 ANALYTICAL PRODUCT LINE GAMMA SPECTROMETERS OVERVIEW A DA N I ' s h i story i s a s s o c i ated w i t h t h e development and production of compact analytical instruments. Competence, experience, creativity, innovative approach and involvement of the team allow ADANI to be the one of world's leading suppliers of electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) systems. RADIOLOGICAL SCREENING Development of a compact instrument for the radiological monitoring of food and building materials by ADANI was a response to a high demand for such devices after the Chernobyl accident. More than 5,000 units of Gamma-ray spectrometer RUG 91 and RUG 91M were sold to the markets of the former Soviet Union (Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, etc.). This device successfully solved the screening problem of radiological control and customers found it accurate, reliable and easy to use. After the Fukushima nuclear disaster in Japan the production of a new model of Gamma-ray spectrometer RUG 91-2 was developed as a result of our experience and new electronic technologies. More than 30 units of RUG 91-2 spectrometers are now working in the laboratories of the Prefecture Fukushima and around it.

19 ANALYTICAL PRODUCT LINE EPR (ESR) SPECTROMETERS EPR SPECTROSCOPY An innova ve idea to create a commercial compact research grade EPR spectrometer with parameters sa sfying a wide class of research areas and applica ons was realized by the team of scien sts the Nuclear Physics Department of Belarusian State University which has grown the to become the ADANI company. Due to the compact size, light weight and low cost the EPR spectrometer is available to every academic laboratory. Today, we are proud that more than 350 devices have been installed in the leading laboratories around the world. EPR spectroscopy is again becoming a popular technique among researchers due to its wide u liza on in many areas of science for the in depth study of substance structure and for the development of new materials. EPR spectrometer CMS 8400 provides this research and allows the explora on of a wide range of subjects (liquid, solid) at different temperature ranges (from liquid nitrogen temperature to high temperature cataly c reac ons). Its unique ability to detect free radicals and other reac ve species with EPR spectroscopy is what makes the CMS 8400 an essen al tool for pharmaceu cal, biomedical and other applica ons. Its high sensi vity and resolu on is comparable with the parameters of large spectrometers and its ease of handling and maintenance allows scien sts to undertake rou ne experiments and reduce the maintenance costs and consump on of material resources.

20 NONDESTRUCTIVE TESTING POSSIBILITIES NONDESTRUCTIVE TESTING OVERVIEW Nondestruc ve tes ng (NDT) is a type of quality control inspec on that does not harm the part being tested. NDT inspectors use ADANI X-ray technology scanning systems (RT Radiographic tes ng) to look through steel, concrete and other materials to iden fy and diagnose flaws without disrup ng the integrity of the structure. NDT can save money and increase project efficiency. Whether in the automo ve, electronics or aircra industry, or for ship and vessel construc on, ADANI is offering industrial inspec on systems for nondestruc ve material tes ng which can fit in any manufacturing process and guarantee the highest quality and safety standards for industrial products.
