Provide information to the districts with respect to available incentive programs. Develop strategic energy plans for districts. Implement action items from the energy plans by traditional or alternative funding mechanisms. Perform LEED EB analysis and scorecard for a school district. Provide workshops and training in partnership with the Energy Services Coalition.
