2 Client The client is one of the leading entrepreneurs, with seasoned business ventures and possessing wide experience in the traditional business such as stationery design and printing. Established in Scotland, the group is keen to tap the European markets through providing affordable branding, stationery design & printing and web presence services to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The Objective The key objective was to provide an affordable and easy-to-use branding, stationery design & printing and website development services to the SME segment in various markets. The client desired to offer a user-friendly self service e-commerce environment in a very quick turnaround time to enable SMEs to take their business off the ground. The Solution Elegant Micro Web, after taking into account the client s requirements as well as the competition, conducted a features mapping exercise, undertook a technical feasibility and worked with the client s team to launch an online e- commerce stationery and website design services portal that is easy to use, affordable and fulfills all client requirements. The customers can go to the site, select various templates and options available for business stationery such as Letter heads, Business cards, Envelopes, Invitations, Brochures, Flyers, Newsletters etc.; customize and personalize the stationary template and place their orders. Similarly, customers can also select from among the readily available website templates that are related to their industry as well as their preferences, can provide content and other related media for a personalized website and place their orders. A comprehensive list of ready to use templates are available for Website templates, E-commerce templates, CMS and Blog templates, Corporate designs, Face book templates, Brochures, Flyers, Newsletters, Letterheads, Envelopes, Business cards, Invitations etc. Registered users can revisit the site, rearrange purchased items/services, and rate the products. The e-commerce Portal developed by Elegant Micro Web enables administrators to manage sales orders, products and product categories and link with various social networking websites. Administrators can conveniently carry out User Management, Products Management, Category Management, Order Fulfillment and Shipping operations. The product prices that are displayed are based on User s location and selection of preferred currency.
