3 AXELOS H1 results commentary 3 1 Introduction AXELOS delivering on its strategy of long term sustainable growth in 2015 through portfolio expansion and community engagement In the first half of 2015 AXELOS has delivered on its strategy for long term sustainable growth through investment in portfolio expansion and community engagement. AXELOS has delivered two additional products to its portfolio of internationally recognized best practice qualifications, with the successful launches of PRINCE2 Agile and RESILIA. PRINCE2 Agile launched in June 2015, as an extension to PRINCE2, the world s most recognized project management framework. Early indications are very positive with hundreds of trainers and the majority of global training organizations registered to be accredited to deliver PRINCE2 Agile training and exams. AXELOS has seen high demand in publication sales and advance classroom bookings with our training partners. RESILIA, also launched in June 2015, is the new best practice cyber resilience portfolio, designed to help individuals improve their cyber resilience and protect their organizations from cyber-attacks. The new product has been very well received by training organizations and end users and the second half of the year will see the launch of our Practitioner exams, and awareness modules, which will give individuals the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to embed cyber resilient behaviours across the organization. The second half of the year will see AXELOS build upon its long term sustainable growth strategy with the introduction of our Professional Development Programme, which will provide practitioners with the tools to support their professional development and application of best practice. AXELOS will also be expanding upon its ITIL portfolio with the much anticipated introduction of ITIL Practitioner. ITIL Practitioner represents the most significant evolution in the ITIL best practice framework since the 2011 revision of the guidance. It s being designed to help organizations and individuals increase the value they obtain from using ITIL by offering additional practical guidance to adopt and adapt the framework to support the business.
