1 Dealer FAQ What is MyPriceLink? MyPriceLink delivers Genuine GM Collision part suggested list prices at the time an estimate is written via a real-time, online pricing engine. Monthly price files will still be issued including all Genuine GM Parts; collision parts will be shown with a $0 list and trade price, non-collision parts will continue to show price as usual. MyPriceLink is the only source to obtain GM collision part list price. How do dealers gain access to MyPriceLink? MyPriceLink is an OEConnection (OEC) product that is a free offering through the OEC portal. If your dealership currently subscribes to OEC, you automatically have access to MyPriceLink at no extra cost. If a dealer does not have any OEC solution, they can register for MyPriceLink for free through or by calling , ext. 3. What are the ways dealers can get MyPriceLink pricing? GM dealers who use the OEC portal are able to get the suggested list price for collision parts in one of three ways: If your collision order comes through CollisionLink, you can process your order through CollisionLink because CollisionLink is integrated with MyPriceLink. If you get an order outside of CollisionLink (fax, phone), use the MyPriceLink Historical Quote Look-up to find the right quote and view its details. To prepare a quote for a customer (by phone or walk-in), use the MyPriceLink Price Look-up Tool to generate a quote. GM dealers who do not use the OEC portal can register for MyPriceLink for free through or by calling , ext. 3.

2 Will GM dealers honor MyPriceLink List prices at the time of a parts order? Each GM dealer determines the Sell Price of a part to their customers. Sell Price is often based on a percentage discount off of List Price for collision shops, so GM understands the importance of providing tools for dealers to know what the quoted MyPriceLink List prices were. Dealers have two methods to view a historical MyPriceLink List Price: a) Through their CollisionLink order b) Through a MyPriceLink Historical Quote Details tool which allows a dealer to see quoted List Prices for a given VIN, Quote ID, or Estimate ID. It will be at the discretion of each dealer to honor the historical MyPriceLink List Prices. GM does not determine Sell Price nor gurarantee a historical list price will be honored by dealers. Why is the Quote ID on an estimate important? The Quote ID or Estimate ID is a unique number that associates quoted MyPriceLink List Prices for a given estimate, so that dealers fulfilling collision parts orders can easily look up historical MyPriceLink List Prices related to a specific order. This is only needed for orders not sent through CollisionLink since CollisionLink orders are integrated with MyPriceLink. How will my shop customers get GM pricing? A shop can use their Collision Estimating System to create estimates with GM Collision Part Pricing if the CES is integrated with MyPriceLink. If a shop uses a system that is not integrated, the shop can use CollisionLink Shop to view MyPriceLink prices either by having their estimates imported or by using the MyPriceLink Price Look-up Tool. If a shop does not want to use CollisionLink, the shop will need to contact their dealership for pricing. How will I know that the List price provided by a shop is valid? Dealers have two methods to view a historical MyPriceLink List Price: a) Through their CollisionLink order b) Through a MyPriceLink Historical Quote Details tool which allows a dealer to see quoted List Prices for a given VIN or Quote ID / Estimate ID

3 Can I still provide a discount to collision repairers? To the public in general? Yes. MyPriceLink provides a suggested list price only. Your business relationships with your customers remain between you and them. Where do I go to get list prices on collision parts? If you already use the OEConnection CollisionLink solution to process your collision parts orders, the real-time MyPriceLink pricing will automatically replace the OE List price that shows today. If you are not a CollisionLink subscriber or get inquiries and orders outside of CollisionLink, you should use the MyPriceLink tab within the OEConnection portal ( to look up pricing based on information entered for each pricing request. How do I get started? If you already use any OEConnection solution, you are all set. OEConnection has automatically updated your login to display new tools in a MyPriceLink tab. If you do not currently use an OEConnection solution, you will need to complete a simple registration process before you can take advantage of this free solution. Click here to create a company account with a username and password to access the OEC Dealer Portal which will have your MyPriceLink Tools. Where can I go for training and support? Dealers can access MyPriceLink training including videos, FAQs, and step-by-step walkthroughs--within the OEConnection Support Center, which is available using the link at the top right of any screen in the OEConnection Portal. Why is my MyPriceLink List Price different for different repairs although it is the same part number? MyPriceLink enables real-time pricing up front in the estimate that is based on current market dynamics versus traditional static monthly price tapes. What MyPriceLink or CollisionLink tool do I use for various scenarios to quote prices and handle orders? OEConnection users will automatically see a MyPriceLink tab in the OEC portal. This tab will be in your portal regardless of which OEC solutions you use.

4 Dealers will use the OEConnection Portal to get the current pricing for a part in one of three ways: 1 Collision orders that come through CollisionLink* will have MyPriceLink prices, the ability to respond to shops, and the ability to export** information to DMS to create an invoice and submit for reimbursement. 2 For orders outside of CollisionLink, use the MyPriceLink Historical Quote Search to find the right quote, view the details, export** information for your DMS to create an invoice, and submit for reimbursement. 3 If a quote request is from a DIY er or someone asking for a real-time quote, use the MyPriceLink Price Look up Tool to generate a quote. From there you can also export** information for your DMS to create an invoice and submit for reimbursement. *Available with a CollisionLink or CollisionLink Plus subscription. **DMS invoice integration available through a CollisionLink Plus subscription/and if your DMS is integrated with OEConnection. When looking up MyPriceLink historical quotes, can other dealers see the prices I am selling these parts for? MyPriceLink provides a suggested list price only. Your business relationships and what you sell the part for is between you and your customers. Your selling price is not visible to other dealers. The MyPriceLink suggested list prices for a VIN or specific Quote ID are only visible to dealers who look up that specific Quote ID or VIN. What is the MyPriceLink tab in the OEC portal? If you are not a CollisionLink subscriber or get inquiries and orders outside of CollisionLink, you should use the MyPriceLink tab within the OEConnection portal to look up quotes or pricing for all Genuine GM Collision Parts.

5 What if I am not an OEC customer? If you do not currently use an OEConnection solution, you will need to complete a simple registration process before you can take advantage of this free solution. How can I get DMS Invoice integration? Your DMS provider needs to have integrated with OEConnection. Once that occurs, if you have a CollisionLink Plus subscription, you will have the ability to export your quote/order information from the MyPriceLink and CollisionLink tools, so your DMS can easily create an invoice with that information. Additionally, your DMS will send relevant information back to MyPriceLink and CollisionLink, so you have less information to key in to submit for reimbursement. For a current list of DMS systems integrated with OEConnection, visit MyPriceLink.com/DMS. How can I identify MyPriceLink parts in my Dealer Management System (DMS)? The monthly price file now uses selective source indicators to flag MyPriceLink parts: B' indicates the part is a Truckload Fascia/Grille Part, MyPriceLink Part M' indicates the part is a Competitive Collision Part, MyPriceLink Part* * Radiators are not included in MyPriceLink, but they can be Competitive Collision Parts. 'W' indicates MyPriceLink Parts not already identified by the other indicators Which DMSs are integrated with OEConnection? Please check MyPriceLink.com/DMS for the most up-to-date list of DMS systems that are integrated. What if my DMS is not integrated into MyPriceLink? If your DMS is not integrated, MyPriceLink prices will need to be transferred into your DMS manually to create invoices. Step-by-step instructions for this process will be provided by each DMS.

6 What is our backup plan if a Collision Estimating System is not integrated? If a Collision Estimating System chooses not to integrate with MyPriceLink, we are recommending CollisionLink Shop or CollisionLink Insurance as an alternative workflow for shops, insurers and others needing a MyPriceLink price. How do my other applications (like ecommerce applications) be able to work with MyPriceLink? Many applications such as ecommerce solutions integrate with Collision Estimating Systems directly or use exported estimate files. If your shop s CES is integrated with MyPriceLink, their CES will have OE pricing for their estimates, so the other applications using those estimates will work as they have before MyPriceLink was launched. If their CES is not integrated with MyPriceLink, they can enter the List Price into their CES from other methods of viewing MyPriceLink List Price such as CollisionLink Shop before ordering parts or leave the List Price as zero. Can MyPriceLink prices be retrieved manually? Yes. There is a MyPriceLink Price Look-up Tool that is accessible in the following applications: 1. OEC Dealer Portal s MyPriceLink tools available for GM dealers 2. CollisionLinkShop.com available for collision shops and fleets 3. CollisionLinkInsurance.com available for insurance companies and independent adjusters Does a MyPriceLink quote have an expiration date? MyPriceLink quotes do not have an expiration date. However, dealerships will only be able to view MyPriceLink historical quotes up to 120 days after the quote was generated. Does this mean GM is guaranteeing the MyPriceLink prices for 120 days? No. GM does not guarantee any pricing. It is at the discretion of each dealer whether they honor historical MyPriceLink Suggested List Prices or request new, updated quotes.
