Calibration of all distributed audio, surround sound and listening room systems. Full operational testing of all systems and sub-systems. These services are not available outside of the Advantage Program membership. Phoenix starts by completely going through your home computer system from your cable or DSL modem all the way through to each computer, printer or device. Any hardware needing to be upgraded to provide reliability and proper bandwidth and speed will be replaced with enterprise class hardware. Your anti-virus software will be reconfigured to our standard AVG solution which offers the maximum protection needed while preserving valuable processing speed and Computer Option Services Anti-Virus Management Including Updates & Configuration Changes Spyware, Adware and Malware Identification and Removal Virus Attack Clean & Restore Services New Software Installation & Testing (Except Operating System Upgrades) Setup and Configuration of Printers, Scanners, etc. Temporary Internet and Download Files Clearing Cache Memory Clearing Hard Disk Defragmentation Scheduling & Verification Off site Back Up Services Through a Secure Local Provider Networking, Speed & Bandwidth Testing & Verification Internet Service Provider (ISP) Speed Testing & Verification Assistance With Service Providers Such as Comcast, Bell South, DirecTV, etc. Unlimited 24 / 7 / 365 On-Site Service & Support Unlimited Remote Access Troubleshooting Special Hardware & Software Pricing at Cost +10% File Migration During Computer Upgrades or Replacement bandwidth. Your router will be replaced with the proper model to allow our IT personnel to remotely trouble shoot and manage the network. (You have the ability to disable this feature on the customer side at will.) This work is billed as time and material as incurred. The final configuration of all of your computers and network settings will be documented as will all future services or upgrades. Once the computers and network have been updated to a known stable condition, Phoenix can work with you to provide a media server solution, complete computer imaging (backed up weekly) allowing your entire computer to be restored should a catastrophic failure occur. Off site backup services add an additional layer of protection for your most important data files including all types of media such as music, movies, photos and home videos. Phoenix s IT staff is familiar with both PC and Mac platforms as well as hybrid systems that support both. Phoenix will visit your home quarterly to, and flush out any bugs that appear through a general testing. The Advantage Program has been great.
