Four levels of support service menus, with further customization available, ensure that you get the maximum business value for every dollar spent. As your needs grow so can your service level. Your VRS selections may include the following: Discuss and review major pain points that your team has been experiencing with MRM. Perform an analysis on any operational and performance issues. Perform analysis and monitoring on the user adoption plus perceived and actual value. Provide expert assistance with configuring modifications to MRM application. Provide an expert resource for the development of MRM training materials and approaches. Working together, we will review your current situation to determine the service package that best meets your needs. These service packages have various levels of support services included, based on the type of support we have found that our customers typically require. Of course, customizing by adding services is as simple as picking from the clearly defined menu. As your needs may vary year-by-year, this approach allows you to always have the best fit.
