M: That s because you haven t done anything for them. C: Yes. I ve almost completely forgotten that I should at least use some moisturising cream on them daily. M: I ll now treat your hands with an exfoliating cream to get rid of at least some of this rough stuff. C: Can you, really? M: Don t expect a miracle, but your hands will certainly look and feel better after I ve applied some nourishing cream to them after exfoliation. C: I promise to take better care of my hands.
