Develop our range of products with an ever growing list of healthy options The Swedish National Food Administration s Keyhole symbol - helps the consumer identify the healthier options when buying food. Foods labelled with the Keyhole symbol contain less fat, sugars and salt, and more fiber than food products of the same type not carrying the symbol. It is now a Nordic symbol. 5

17 Fat quality Coop was one of the driving forces to lower and eliminate trans-fat in foods. Coop and most of the market only use fully hydrogenated fat. 15
