To use the service just raise a new issue at least one week before the upgrade, add the word AMIGO to the subject line and send us a copy of your upgrade plan if available. Based on the target date, the AMIGO representative(s) will setup a conference call to: Introduce themselves; verify timeframes; place your company on a hotlist; walk you through a basic checklist; answer any questions and advise on Fix Packs, patches and PTFs.
