6 w Products SPOT TRANSACTIONS* (INCLUDING SAME-DAY VALUE) A Spot Transaction allows you to buy or sell currency for immediate delivery. You receive a live exchange rate at the time of booking your trade, and funds are sent straight to your designated beneficiary. FORWARD CONTRACT** Forward contracts assist you with the risk mitigation of currency fluctuations. A forward allows you to fix a rate today for the purchase of currency at a future date. A forward outright is the price of one currency in terms of another for settlement on a date other than spot. The spot rate is adjusted by accounting for the interest rate differential between two currencies. * Spot currency markets generally operate on a T+2 basis. Two parties exchange their currency (that is, deliver) two days after the trade. Our spot service gives same day delivery in certain circumstances. A different settlement basis can be agreed on request. **Forward foreign exchange contracts are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority ( FCA ) under the Financial Services and Markets Act Valbury Capital Limited is authorised by the FCA with firm reference number to provide investment services including the execution for clients of forward foreign exchange contracts.

7 Services MARKET ORDER (LIMIT ORDER) The currency markets trade 24 hours a day 6 days a week. A market order will allow you to take advantage if there are favourable currency movements outside normal trading hours. Our traders and systems will allow you to place orders and let the market work for you whilst you re asleep. TAKE PROFIT A take profit order allows you to specify an exchange rate and an amount of foreign currency that you would like to buy or sell via a spot or forward if the market moves favourably to your desired price level. This order will be automatically filled, if the desired rate is achievable. Take profit orders can be placed as a working order for up to 1 month, and can be modified or cancelled unless the deal has been executed at the desired rate. STOP LOSS This allows you to manage your risk on the downside whether buying or selling a specific currency. It allows you to cover your currency risk at a worst-case scenario. A stop loss order enables you to specify an exchange rate and an amount of foreign currency that you would like to buy or sell via a spot or forward if the market moves to a less favourable level. This order will be automatically filled if the desired rate is achievable. Stop loss orders can be placed as a working order for up to 1 month and can be modified or cancelled unless the deal has been executed at the desired rate. OCO S (ONE CANCELS THE OTHER) This is a take profit and stop loss. We will place both orders in the market and if either of the orders is executed in the market it will cancel the other order. This tool is useful if you wish to manage your risk with bottom line protection. HOLDING BALANCE Segregated holding accounts allow you to receive and hold foreign currency until you are ready to take advantage of favorable market levels. Our investment products and services are not for everyone. It is possible to lose all or part of your investment. Trading on margin carries a higher level of risk and it is possible to be required to deposit additional funds. You should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose.
