9 Creativity process with yutongo 1/Break down your project Step 1: Break down your creative task With the help of the application, a complexe ideation brief will be split down in easy-to-answer sub-questions. Example: «New beverage ideas for the youth market» Sample sub-questions What are creative ways to open an close any container? What makes a teen product a teen product from your point of view? How would you name a beverage product which won t attract teens at all? Etc.

10 Creativity process with yutongo 2/Define community Step 2: Assemble innovator team Spread the yutongo Idea Challenge on your channels (intranet, social media etc.). Handling of applications and defining the participating team.

11 Creativity process with yutongo 3/Collect ideas Step 3a: Innovators collect idea fragments The participating innovators run through the different sub-questions and answer them in a fun and engaging way. The result from this step is what we call «Idea Fragments». Step 3b: Innovators create idea combinations Based on the creative material/idea fragments collected in the previous step, innovators will create idea combinations based on the original briefing.

12 Creativity process with yutongo 4/Rate ideas Step 4: Idea rating The most promising ideas (defined by the project owner) from the idea collection process will be rated against several rating criteria (1 5 star rating) by a selected team. During this process step, idea raters are also asked to comment ideas.

13 Creativity process with yutongo 5/Manage ideas Step 5: Export and edit ideas At the end of the process, project owners have several export options of the content collected at their disposal (pdf,.csv/excel). The report includes all ideas with idea title, description, average ratings and comments. Now, the ideas can be made ready for further processing within your regular innovation management proceedings.
