Manage the Voice-Resonance Clinic at Nova Southeastern University since Diagnostic programs included: a) Broward County School District ( ): Conducting fiberoptic endoscopic evaluation procedures with an otolaryngologist, and administering acoustic (Visi-Pitch and Nasometry), perceptual and case history evaluation procedures for up to 8 clients, and providing counseling to parents, training of accompanying school SLPs, and supervising and training NSU SLP graduate students in Voice Diagnostics (Intermediate and Advanced levels). b) Craniofacial Team ( ): Weekly participation at the Joe Di Maggio Craniofacial Center as the team's first SLP, developing and writing policies, procedures and protocols, conducting, presenting (state (FCPA, FLASHA), national (ACPA, ASHA) and international (IALP) forums, and publishing research, performing evaluations, participating on multidisciplinary medical team conferences and supervising and training NSU SLP graduate students (Voice Diagnostics, Intermediate and Advanced levels). The team status was promoted from one of 18 cleft palate teams in Florida to the fourth "Craniofacial Center," by the State of Florida, within two years. Performing nasopharyngoscopies and treatment for the team and supervising and training NSU SLP students. c) Voice - Resonance Disorders clinic (1999-present): Provide services to clients from referral sources in the general community. Conduct fiberoptic endoscopic (flexible scope and oral rigid scope with and without stroboscopy) evaluation procedures with an otolaryngologist, and administer acoustic (Visi-Pitch and Nasometry), perceptual and case history evaluation procedures and counseling while supervising and training NSU SLP graduate students in Voice-Resonance Diagnostics. Therapy programs ( present): Developed treatment programs for hyperfunctional and hypofunctional voice disorders adapted from Joseph Stemple and Katherine Verdolini which February 27, 2016 Page 7 of 16

8 continue to yield positive outcomes and consequently an increase in the number of referrals, an increase in the diversity of referral sources, an increase in diversity of pathologies, and an increase in diversity of pediatric through geriatric populations from medically fragile to elite voice users, professional singers and celebrity performers. Supervise NSU SLP graduate students in the treatment of pediatric through geriatric clients with disorders other than voice-resonance disorders ( present): cognitive disorders secondary to traumatic brain injury, aphasia secondary to cerebrovascular accident, delayed language and phonology and childhood apraxia.
