2 WELCOME Next-Generation Automation in Financial Shared Services Building on the success of the first three events, we are delighted to bring you our annual International SAP Conference for Financial Shared Services, taking place this year in Barcelona, July It s an exciting time in the world of shared service organizations (SSOs), and the agenda of this event reflects this. From robotics and process automation to process ownership and service delivery, this event will uncover how next-generation technology is shaping your world and detail how SAP solutions are helping. During the event we will discover how this exciting environment continues to bring new opportunities for finance SSOs to operate more efficiently and effectively. With many opportunities to hear directly from SAP s global customer base and understand SAP s strategy and insights, this event will provide you with the knowledge and tools to maximize the efficiency of your shared service organization.
