4 S-CORE for Research and Development E-UTRA & EPC Protocol Stack Development R&D teams designing and testing complex protocols such as E-UTRA and the Evolved Packet Core (EPC) require a test system with a high degree of flexibility with the ability to get down to the bit level control of the network signalling.
