3 Methodology All calculations utilize data submitted by the campuses to the Louisiana Board of Regents. Enrollment Profile Enrollment Profile is the unduplicated fall headcount within the institution and includes fall enrollment that occurs throughout the semester, as reported by the campuses to the Board of Regents' Student Profile System. Full Time Equivalent Enrollment is based on the data reported by the campuses to the Board of Regents' Student Credit Hour System. Full Time Equivalent Enrollment is calculated from the credit/contact hour data as follows: annual undergraduate credit hours are divided by 30; annual graduate credit hours are divided by 24. Enrollment Demographics Enrollment Demographics are based on the Student Profile data submission. Enrollment Demographics include enrollment that occurs throughout the fall semester. Enrollment Demographics are unduplicated within each institution. Awards reported are based on data submitted by the campuses to the Board of Regents' Completers Data System. Awards Completers are calculated based on the count of unique individuals at each award level within each institution. Degrees granted are based on the total number of degrees awarded at each level and institution. Faculty/ Staff GRAD Act Faculty Employment is based on the data submitted by the campuses to the Board of Regents' Employee Salary Data System.
