For uploading artwork, templates are available for download on our website on each product page, as well as on our Download Templates tab located on the left side of each page. Download the template specific to your job and setup your digital file to the preset specifications. Upload artwork through our FTP and include your order number. Orders may also be placed by phone. 3 HELP CENTER INTRODUCTION The following specifications and guidelines will help ensure we receive the highest quality artwork possible to make your print look sharp and clean. This will allow us to produce the best possible graphic output. Please read these specifications carefully and if you have any questions please contact us by phone at: SUPPORTED FILE TYPES PSD: From Photoshop flatten the layers & save as.psd file with 150 DPI resolution. TIFF: Save or Export as Tiff file with High Resolution. Select LZW Image Compression. AI: From Adobe Illustrator outline fonts, embed Images & save as.ai file. You can also export as PDF from Photoshop, InDesign, or Quark with high resolution. JPG: Save or Export as JPG file with high resolution. EPS: From Adobe Illustrator outline fonts, embed Images & save as.eps file. PDF: From Adobe Illustrator outline fonts, embed Images & save as.pdf file. FILE PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS The best output resolution is 300 DPI at full size. Files may be scaled down to 50% at 150 DPI to reduce file size. All graphic files must be created using CMYK mode to ensure the best color matching. If you would like a specific color matched, you MUST provide a PMS color or we cannot guarantee color matching. It is best to flatten all images and outline all text to ensure that nothing will drop out or change during file transfer. When submitting the files for one consistent layout over two or more panels, be sure to create the file as one image. DO NOT SEPARATE each panel into its own separate file. Do not include any bleeds in your layout. Please use our graphic templates to ensure artwork is correctly sized. If you are ordering graphic panels for a serpentine display, please specify if you want the concave side on the right or left side of your display. If you do not specify, we will automatically print with the concave side on the left and the convex side on the right. It is the customer s responsibility to understand and comply with all Display Barn artwork requirements. A customer service representative is available at TIMELINE & PROOFS Once Display Barn has received your artwork, we will start by reviewing your design file or files to ensure that your artwork has met the criteria outlined in these specifications. If any changes to the artwork need to be made, you will be notified. After being notified you will have the opportunity to upload new artwork at our FTP. Our Graphics Department can make modifications or changes for you at the rate of $ 35 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours. Once our Graphics Department has reviewed your artwork, you will receive one low resolution PNG proof via . You will receive this proof within 24 hours after submitting artwork. Please respond to this approving your artwork for print. Remember, the faster we get an approval, the faster we can begin the printing process. We can supply a small, scaled down hard copy proof for $ 35. After this step, the printing process will take 3-5 days depending upon the item you purchased. Feel free to refer to the item description for the actual lead time for the item you purchased. Note that these production lead times are from the date of approval, not from the date that the artwork was received. If you have purchased graphics that include a rush charge, the total production time will be less. Please factor in shipping time when trying to determine when you will receive your order. Express options are available. An order that was not originally purchased with an express fee may still be eligible. Please contact your sales representative immediately.
