I became one of the major expert of Open Data in Italy and one of the most experienced professional and researcher on the economics of the open data paradigm in Europe Cloud Computing and Big Data evangelist: develop projects based on cloud computing technologies in north west of Italy with the Piedmont Public Administration, University and Polytechnic of Turin and SMEs. Promote open innovation and user driven innovation in the ICT and TLC sectors by advising institutions and firms on the implementation of open business models and by designing projects build upon the open paradigm. Undertake business researches and analysis to advise the local governments about the ICT and TLC development policy. Manage consulting activates to the regional public administration in order to build new polices able to increase local and national competitiveness in the ICT and TLC sector. Collaborate to manage public funds ( 25 Millions in 2008/2009) to promote innovation in the ICT industry in the Piedmont Region and evaluate more than one thousand projects submitted to public funding. Build an international network of Venture Capitals, Business Angles and Investors interested in funding new enterprises in the Internet sector. Manage partnership with a large network of cultural events related to digital creativity on the Web and innovation in Italy and in Europe.
