The Science and Technology Major Project, Project 6-2, entitled Core Electronic Parts, High-end Chips, Basic Software Products ( 核 高 基 ) of Kingdee Middleware receives the Government approval On 11 May, the key 6-2 project, R&D and Commercialisation of Integrated Middleware Products under the Core Electronic Parts, High-end Chips, Basic Software Products ( 核 高 基 ), received the final Government approval and has been accepted for deployment at Kingdee Software Park. Led by Kingdee Middleware in collaboration with Peking University, Kingdee Software and Beida Software, this project marks another major success after the approval and acceptance of the 6-1 project Study and Implementation of Local middleware and Platform. The Project 6-2 is the largest R&D and commercialisation project undertaken by Kingdee Middleware to date. In these two and a half years, the company has been working with several associated companies, R&D centres, research institutes and government departments from different districts, to implement this project and promote the products, which realized a far-reaching influence. The implementation of this topic has spurred the company to make major improvement in the areas of products, market share, operational scale, and setting up the production chain. 2. Minister from Singapore Government visits Kingdee Software Park and Mr. Xu Shao Chun, Chairman of Kingdee introduces the Kingdee cloud computing solutions On the morning of 8 May 2012, a 15-member delegation from Singapore visited Kingdee Software Park, led by Dr Yaacob Bin Ibrahim, Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts, and accompanied by Mr. Chan Yeng Kit, Permanent Secretary of the department, and Mr. Loh Tuck Wai, Consult-General of the Republic of Singapore in Guangzhou. Mr. Xu Shao Chun, Chairman of the Board of Kingdee, welcomed the delegation on behalf of the Group. During the seminar, Mr. Xu expressed his gratitude for the solid support of the Singapore Government for the Group s branch in Singapore. He also reiterated Kingdee s determination to capitalise on the country s role as a major financial centre in the Asia Pacific Region to accelerate its development of the overseas market, and Southeast Asia in particular, via the Group s first oversea R&D centre. Dr Bin Ibrahim stated that the purpose of the visit was to enhance mutual understanding of both parties and facilitate the exchange of views, so as to create a wider scope of further cooperation between Kingdee and other enterprises in Singapore.

Kingdee participates in its first-ever international taxation summit Kingdee was invited to participate in the 2012 Wolters Kluwer China Tax Summit organised by Wolters Kluwer CCH which was held from 19 to 20 April 2012 in Beijing. The event featured a presentation by Mr. Wang Yu Kang, the Former Deputy Minister of International Operations, State Administration of Taxation ( SAT ), officials from the Legal Affairs and other departments of SAT, and more than 120 taxation officers from Fortune 500 companies such as Microsoft, ABB, Siemens and Airbus. In-depth discussion on the latest reforms to the taxation system in China and its influence took place. Kingdee recently established a new department to develop taxation IT solutions business, actively promoting tax solutions and other tax management products especially designed for SMEs. To help existing and new customers to prepare for tax reform against the backdrop of the financial crisis, Kingdee has introduced these related solutions to local and foreign companies at the summit. 4. Council of the Fifth Chinese Outstanding Management Awards convenes in Beijing On 26 April 2012, the council of the Fifth Chinese Model Outstanding Management Awards convened at the Beijing campus of the China-Europe International Business School marking the opening of the award selection procedure. Mr. Cheng Si Wei, the Honourary President of the Council, Mr. Xu Shao Chun, Deputy President of the Council, Mr. Zhao Chun Jun and other council members also participated in the meeting. The council discussed a series of timely topics covering the latest technology such as the mobile internet, cloud computing and social networking, as well as their impact on enterprise management. The cloud management was selected as the theme for this year s awards by the participating experts. As in last year, the awards are to be divided into five categories: strategic vision, cultural model, outstanding operation, innovation and outstanding leadership. 5. Kingdee Medical introduces effective medical management IT solutions at the CHIMA Congress 2012 Kingdee Medical Software Company Limited ("Kingdee Medical") took part in the CHIMA Congress 2012 co-organised by National Institute of Hospital Administration and China Hospital Information Management Association (CHIMA). Held in Changsha, Hunan Province on May 2012, Kingdee Medical, a leading medical IT system integration and management solutions provider, showcased its medical IT system integration and management solution, digital hospital solution, medical and hygiene platform solution, HRP solution and mobile medical solution, etc. The company also offered a demonstration and trial of its medical IT system integration and management solution, mobile medical solution and HRP solution to attending delegates.

3 6. "Outstanding Management is a Key to Future Success" CFO Forum held in Shanghai The Kingdee Cloud Management Product Trial and CFO Forum organised by Kingdee Software (China) Co. Ltd. ("Kingdee"), was held in Shanghai on 22 May. With the theme of "Outstanding Management is a Key to Future Success," the forum invited and gathered CFOs of leading domestic enterprises, professors of prestigious business schools and top experts in China for in-depth discussion and analysis on major issues in the industry including transformation of the financial management of Chinese enterprises, corporate financial management, comprehensive budget management, capital management and risk management. Emerging technologies such as cloud computing, mobile internet and social networking have acted as a catalyst for recent industry trends and a new service model, thus providing renewed growth opportunities and dynamism to the informatisation of enterprises. With the continuous transformation and upgrade of enterprises, financial strategy, responsibilities of the financial department and organisational structure are also changing dramatically. Financial management is now moving beyond audit accounting to management accounting as the finance function expands its focus to higher level functions such as management accounting and strategic finance. 7. Kingdee collaborates with Accounting Society of China again in first corporate internal control training course for 2012 in Shanghai In early May Kingdee has once again collaborated with the Accounting Society of China to hold an advanced training course on the implementation and applications of corporate internal controls for the first time in Mr. Zhao Liang, Assistant President and Chief Risk Management Expert, was invited to provide instruction to senior executives including chief accountant, general manager, deputy general manager and director from Main Board listed companies, A- and H-share listed companies and non-listed large and medium sized enterprises. According to the Government-mandated timetable for the implementation of the corporate internal control system, 2012 is a key year for Main Board-listed companies in China to fully comply with 18 guidelines for internal controls. Large and medium state-owned enterprises will continue with a pilot run. In view of the progress of companies piloting these measures, internal controls have become an important means to significantly improve corporate management standards, as well as serving as the first firewall of corporations to encounter risk factors. However, bottlenecks remain in the implementation of internal control for corporations. To address this issue, the Accounting Society of China was invited to organise an advanced training course on implementation and application of corporate internal controls. The Society selected Kingdee again to be a speaker.

Kingdee attends the EU-China Business Summit to exchange views with foreign SMEs on business development in China Hosted by the Ministry of Commerce of China and the European Commission and jointly organised by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China, the 7th EU-China Business Summit was successfully held at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing recently. The theme of the Summit was "Cooperation on a New Level: Innovation, Industry and Investment." Prominent political leaders including Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao, European Council President Herman Van Rompuy and European Commission President José Manuel Barroso delivered speeches at the Summit. Among the more than 600 attendees were senior executives from top 500 global companies from Europe, the persons in charge from the Asia Pacific region and Greater China and a number of well-known Chinese enterprises. Kingdee was invited as a special guest to the event by the China. Ms Ji Qing, Assistant President and General Manager of the International Business Division, represented the Group and delivered a keynote presentation entitled "Opportunities and Challenges in the Transformation of SMEs", which focused on how transnational SMEs could achieve sustainable growth in China. 9. Kingdee announces cloud services strategy and sets new standard for the informatisation market. The Kingdee Cloud Service Experience and Service-related Product Launch Conference was held at Kingdee Software Park in Shenzhen on 17 April A highlight of the event was Mr. Zhang Liangjie, one of the candidates of the Thousand Talents Programme and the Chief Scientist of Kingdee International Software Group, presented the concept of the "Cloud Management Era" to the audiences. Also noteworthy was the unveiling of Kingdee's cloud services development strategies,as well as the launch of the Mobile Application Edition of the Kingdee desktop system by Mr. Yang Ming, Vice President and General Manager of the Customer Service Department of Kingdee, Earlier in 2012, the Group formulated the "Cloud Management Reaching Everywhere" development strategy and announced the Kingdee Cloud Service strategy officially at that day. The Group's cloud service transcend the tradition of IT as the Group has built the cloud standard support platform to provide customers with standard cloud support through Kingdee's one-stop desktop system including edition upgrade, remote assistance and hotline service function. 10. Hong Kong Productivity Council's "mainland exchange delegation for studying talents management with Chinese style" visits Kingdee HKPC's Mainland Exchange Delegation for Studying Talents Management with Chinese Style with a total of 15 delegates visited Kingdee Software Park on 1 June Organized by HKPC, this is one of the trips for encouraging talent management exchanges of Hong Kong enterprises in Mainland China. Delegates mainly included mid

5 to senior level management and human resources management professionals. HKPC stated that the purpose of the exchange was to offer an opportunity for managers of the Hong Kong enterprises to study Kingdee's advanced strategies in human resources management and talent development, as well as to exchange ideas on building a sound talent development system and explore effective methods of nurturing talent. Management transformation in the cloud era - the Group's Financial and Risk Control Sub Forum ended with a big success in Shenzhen The 2012 Kingdee Pearl Council Meeting and Chinese Enterprises Management Leader Forum was held in Shenzhen on 2 June 2012.With the theme "Management Transformation in the Cloud Era," the organiser also added a sub-forum, "The Group's Financial and Risk Control" this year and invited top financial management and risk control experts in Mainland China as well as the senior management of enterprises to share their opinions and experiences on financial and risk controls. The Forum also invited Mr. Chen Dengkun, Chief Financial Officer of Kingdee, Mr. Sun Yan Fei, Senior Vice President of Kingdee China and Mr. Wang Geng, CIO and President of Liu Gong Group, to present how the innovative model performed in the financial-related work during the cloud management era, Kingdee s managements also shared with the guests about their analysis and opinions on the various of industry trend including transformation of financial management within Chinese enterprises, financial management and control, comprehensive budget management and risk control within the current market environment, as well as explored Kingdee's key to succeed in financial management and internal control. 12. Kingdee Certification and Channel Development Forum of KATC successfully ended in Guangzhou The Kingdee Certification and Channel Development Forum of KATC collaboratively organised by Kingdee Consultancy Academy and Kingdee Distribution and Innovative Development Department ended with a great success in the Ramada Hotel, Guangzhou at 14:00 on 18 May The conference marked the first stage of the marketing activities of the national certification business while created new opportunities for the development of value-added business of channel partners.
