Building of Cloud Computing in University Employment Information Library Department of Information Management and Engineering, Hebei Finance University, Baoding Hebei , China Abstract Cloud computing is a product of the development of the Internet of things, so it has the characteristics as the network does, namely dynamic, patulous and virtual. This paper studies the use of cloud computing in university employment information library. By understanding the definition, application characteristics and advantages of cloud computing, and considering the opportunities and challenges which we face in the issue of employment of college graduates, we try to dig deeper into the relationship between companies and graduates in order to build a "cloud" of labor market information, namely cloud computing database. The results show that with cloud computing we can fully meet the company by find the required graduates faster. Students can also find suitable jobs easier. 1. Introduction Keywords: Employment Platform, Cloud Computing, Normalization With the rapid development of Internet in recent years, the system and design of original Internet has exposed a lot of problems, such as the problem of insufficient storage resources, the huge energy consumption and maintenance costs of the hardware as the sharp increase of the number of computers, also the strain on the resources of the database center, the problem of data collection and analysis must be run independently [1][2]. The issue of graduate employment directly affects the sustained and healthy development of advanced education, and related to social stability, economic construction and people's fundamental interests. However we now is facing severe situation of employment, in order to do a good job in college student s employment guidance and services we urgently need to find a new method. University employment information platform requires establishing a library with consistent, complete and safe data [3][4]. Also the platform should must have strong function and easy to use. The information platform is required not only to make it more convenient for graduates to understand the various information of various types of enterprises and also to make it easier for schools to master the employment situation of graduates, so to provide the basis for Statistics employment rate of graduates. At the same time, the platform provides the chance for school to master the employment situation and to get the feedback of the graduates [5][6]. The advent of cloud computing provides a new model for the establishment of the Graduate Employment information platform. [7] Cloud computing is another big change following the big change from mainframe computers to the client - server in 1980s. The emergence of cloud computing is not accidental, as early as the 1960s, McCarthy had proposed the concept computing power as utilities like water and electricity to provide to the user, which became the origin of the cloud computing ideology. Supported by grid computing in the 1980s, utility computing in the 1990s, SOA [8][9], SaaS applications and virtualization technology in the beginning of the 21st century, cloud computing as a new kind of resource usage and delivery models gradually perceived by academia and industry. Through distributing the calculation in a large number of distributed computers, rather than the local computer or a remote server, the running of enterprise data centers are more similar with the Internet. This allows companies to be able to allocate resources according to the needs of the application, and to access computer and storage systems on demand [10][11]. The construction of China's cloud computing industry ecosystem is in progress. Under the supervision of the government, cloud computing service providers, hardware and software, network infrastructure, service providers, and cloud computing consulting and planning, delivery, operation and maintenance, integration services, terminal equipment manufacturers etc [12]. together constitute the cloud computing industry ecosystem, providing services to the government, enterprises and individual users. 2 Cloud computing can provide flexible computing power and efficient mass data management and analysis methods. With cloud computing environment, the fundamental infrastructure of information can better adapt to the user scale changes in demand, the ordinary user also has the opportunity to use the most powerful computing resources, and so on. Problems accumulated over the years in the field of education has been solved with the advent of cloud computing. Cloud computing will be the cornerstone of the future information technology in education, but also for the types of roles in the field of education to provide an open, interactive, collaborative exchange platform. 2. Cloud Computing Internet-based cloud computing (Cloud computing) is a new formula, using the heterogeneous, autonomous services of Internet to provide demand that take calculate for individuals and business users. Cloud computing resources are available through the Internet; they re dynamic, patulous and virtual. Users do not need to know the details of the facilities in the "cloud", and do not have to have the expertise, without direct control, only need to focus on resources and network services. The type of cloud computing includes general infrastructure as a service cloud computing, software as a service and platform as a service several types. A cloud computing model is shown in Figure 1; Fig.1 The basis of the model of cloud computing The main form of cloud computing: SaaS (Software as a Service), PaaS (platform as a service), IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) The characteristics of cloud computing: A. network Cloud computing is the product of the development of the Internet of things, and thus inherits the characteristics of the Internet. Cloud computing uses a distributed architecture, packages a variety of resources to services, then provides to users. Users can simply use a browser terminal to access the service. The characteristics of the network is the primary characteristics of cloud computing. Cloud computing architecture diagram, as shown in figure 2 description:
Figure 2. Cloud computing architecture diagram b. Personalized Cloud computing is a pool of huge software and hardware resources; it can be scalable, dynamic and telescopic. Users can access at any time in any place through their own terminal equipment Internet to choose their favorite or needed resources, so as to effectively avoid the restriction in time and space that the traditional resources has. C. low-cost Previous user need purchase a large number of hardware and software resources to establish an information platform. So the capital investment is very large, and the elimination rate of the device will be high. Cloud computing can completely solve this problem, the user can demand the use of the resources provided by the cloud platform and pay for what they use or how much they use, which will greatly reduce the cost of investment. D. high-performances With the advent of the era of cloud computing, the software problem be calculated by the cloud operator, such as the version of the software is not compatible leading to that the resources can not be opened; computer Trojan attacks repeatedly so to re-installed the system, and so on. Because we ordinary users use cloud terminal which built by Google, IBM, Amazon and other authoritative, the terminal is high reliability, good stability, and allows smooth transfer problems. The advantages of cloud computing 1. Secure, reliable data storage Cloud computing service providers establish a data storage center in its own public cloud service backend, and provide users with the front-end data storage interface. The user can at any time by browsing device store data to the cloud, and these data will be synchronized via the Internet to data stored Center. Users do not have to worry about the lack of capacity of the storage device, and data loss which will cause serious consequences. At the same time, the use of cloud computing also provides strict data rights management strategy, which is conducive to shared data. You do not have to spend too much money to be able to enjoy the best, most secure service. 2. Fast, convenient cloud services Numerous software and services are gathered in the cloud background server in cloud computing, they re unified management, maintenance, so it s easy and fast to use. When the user needs to use software that is in the cloud, he/she just need access to Internet by a computer browser. Users do not need to download the software to the client, also the software upgrade is dynamic and the user do not
need manually update. 3 high economic efficiencies It is without spending a lot of time to build and to maintain computer environment for a simple configuration and complete platform. The use of computing and storage resources as a service is on-demand access and on-demand pay. 4 super computing power Through the use of automation, virtualization technology, cloud computing offers its users a superior computing power. Users who require large computation are available to get the necessary computing services through cloud computing elastic computing power, thus to accomplish a variety of large calculated applications. Ordinary computer architecture environment is very difficult to achieve these calculation requirements. 3. Building cloud repository 3.1. The main function "Cloud computing" make use of the Internet to connect all the information resources and computing applications, thus to constitute a virtual environment for the user at any time to share and manage. In the cloud-based environment, you can achieve the following functions: (1) Storage, computing and network resources. Suturing existing hardware and software technology, cloud services manufacturers make erection of ultra-large-scale databases and storage for the user. It provides secure cloud storage, a high degree of reliability and privacy, but also a low-cost and energy-saving. (2) Provide dynamic packet containing the raw data, semi-structured data, the processed structured data and other types of data services. In future cloud computing infrastructure must provide large-scale data storage, management, search, analysis, mining, and intelligent services. (3) Provide computing platforms which can be used to areas such as software development, environment and tools. Having these, cloud computing is truly viable, sustainable development of the system Construction of the repository The proposal of Cloud computing provides a good platform for the college construction employment of graduates repository. Repository construction will be a long-term project. We should have a long-term goal and sustainable development. We should make full use of the existing resources of the universities by reasonably sorting; also we should absorb the latest outside research results. Combining cloud computing IT infrastructure s services and manufacture, we try to provide the latest, high-quality resources for college students and business units. The main features of cloud computing graduate employment information repository environment: firstly, a stable function run, a shortcut, powerful, convenient query function; secondly requirements for storing data be assorted, standards unified, user-friendly editing. Thirdly all the information and data are stored in the cloud, the local do not have to save and backup data. Finally operating platform interface maintained to be friendly at all levels in the cloud, so it is easy to control and treatment. Figure 3 is the platform design mode of university employment information.
Fig. 3Cloud Computing university employment information platform mode In the area of employment, labor market information "cloud" has a strong labor market tracking capabilities and real-time characteristics, it can real-time reflect the information needs of the labor market and its change. The corporate pass the requirements and demand information for employment to the labor market information "cloud", the "cloud" then aggregate and process, and timely feedback to universities, training institutions, thus to provide a scientific basis for college students seeking employment. At the same time major institutions such as graduate information and training personnel situation can pass the information through the "cloud" to the enterprise. This two-way mutual relationship achieve the seamless connection of education and employment, contribute to the employment of college graduates, The students and trainees can directly through the "cloud" of labor market information to find the fit jobs. 4. Cloud computing database 4.1. The main idea of the cloud computing database This is a database resource management platform for cloud computing, cloud computing database resource share access by a large number of Internet background recourses. It provides the cloud computing infrastructure level resource access; integrate for types of applications and many of the problems share common solutions. The main issues discussed include: distributed database, database management, and related fields within the WEB. Cloud computing database has integrated these area s ideas, methods, and important technical, but it does not focus on how to improve the performance or functionality of the database system itself, but make use of existing database systems to access cloud computing operating environment database in the cloud computing resource sharing rules. Therefore, to establish the nature of cloud computing, the goal of the database is located in the middleware layer between the databases user database systems and cloud computing The key technologies Data storage technology In order to ensure data reliability, high availability, economy, cloud computing storage data with distributed storage and redundant storage to ensure the reliability of the data. As cloud computing systems need to meet a large number of users at the same time in parallel to provide users with a variety of services, cloud computing data storage are requited to be with high throughput and high transfer rate. In future we focus on improving the ultra-large-scale data storage, encryption and ensure security, and to improve the I/O rate and so on. Many IT vendors commonly use the GFS or HDFS storage technology. Cloud storage system frame diagram, with figure 4 description.
Data Management Technology Fig.4 Cloud storage system frame diagram Cloud computing system processes, analysis data sets, and provides efficient services to the user. Data management technology is required to be capable of efficient management of large data sets, along with data mining functions to find specific data in large-scale data. Cloud computing is characterized by the vast amounts of data storage, analysis after reading the data. The frequency of data reading is much greater than the update frequency of the data. Data management through cloud computing is to optimize reading data management. Cloud computing manage the data by using column stores.how to increase the update rate of the data and improve data random read rate is the problem to be solved in the future Data security technology Upload the data that is stored in the local to an external cloud computing storage service centers, it is necessary to take into account the security and confidentiality of the data. System, regulations, integrity, ideas, and other non-technical factors will be the main factors. What should also be considered in the key technology of cloud computing is "cloud security". "Cloud security" as an application of cloud computing technology, its essence is self-built data center security vendors "cloud" cooperates with the user's client. They both protect the users to access web content through that the "cloud" scans the Internet and mark toxic web pages. The specific process is the user firstly contact with the "cloud" web before access the web page, if it is secure users can access smoothly otherwise terminate behavior. Cloud security plan, as shown in figure 5shows:
