3 Proctor Popcorn Warmer INSTALLATION CHECKING SHIPMENT Unpack all cartons and check thoroughly for any damage which may have occurred during transit. Damage claims should be filed immediately with the transportation company. ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS Voltage for your warmer is 100 Volt, 50 Cycle, single phase. Your electrician must furnish sufficient current for the proper operation of your machine. Failure to wire the warmer properly will void the warranty and could result in damage to the blower, heat elements, lights or controls. The controls which operate the warmer are located at the lower left corner on all machines. The 2345PXJ has an additional control located in the lower left corner. 3 MODELS #2343PXJ, 2344PXJ, 2345PXJ
4 Proctor Popcorn Warmer Operating Instructions CONTROLS AND THEIR FUNCTIONS LEFT ON/OFF SWITCH Flipping this switch to the "ON" position energizes the light, the left circulation fan and sends energy to the left heat control (Models 2343PXJ, 2344PXJ, 2345PXJ). RIGHT ON/OFF SWITCH Flipping this switch to the "ON" position energizes the right circulation fan and sends energy to the right heat control (Model 2345PXJ). HEAT CONTROL The machine comes with either (1) variable heat control (2343PXJ and 2344PXJ) or (2) variable heat controls (2345PXJ). These controls are marked OFF to 160 degrees. The left heat control operates the left heat element (2343PXJ, 2344PXJ, 2345PXJ) and the right heat control operated the right heat element (2345PXJ). A 190 degree high limit thermostat is in each control cabinet. CARE AND CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS The stainless steel body of the Warmer is easy to keep clean. Usually a damp cloth will remove all dirt and grease spots. NEVER USE ABRASIVES on the stainless steel body. The glass should always be clean and sparkling. Remember the inside of the glass must be cleaned too. Periodically, empty out all the popcorn and remove the drawer and clean the inside of the machine. A damp cloth will usually pick up all scraps of popcorn that have been spilled. Empty the old maid drawer and wipe clean. 4 MODELS #2343PXJ, 2344PXJ, 2345PXJ
