Develop targeted lifestyle activities to meet the different needs of people as they age, such as through Fit Club, Tea dances, guided walking and swimming programmes Build robust evidence base of health needs of at-risk groups in the borough; use data to inform service plans and improvements; develop targeted schemes or programmes to meet needs Raise awareness about the role of prevention across staff in the NHS and Council through a distinct PR campaign.
