1 TELSAT was established in as a Colombian company. We have 22 years of experience in the field of high technology, research & development, construction of high security systems, telecommunications, access control systems, radio communications, automation, aeronautical development and bench test. We have a combination of engineers, technicians and advisers who united form a specialized technical support in each one of the activities that we do. We have also involved in the cooperation with our government in R+D fields like NVG, missiles, UAV and Armoring. Since many years ago TELSAT is searching a cultural transformation brings together and trains people from all areas of Telsat to work on teams that focus on customer satisfaction, helping Telsat organizational cultures to involve into a collective mindset searching always unique organization common goals like maximizing customers value, transforming our culture and cultivating Knowledge-base processes.

2 We also work with other small companies such as CNC tooling, electronic boards and parts and mechanical devices, they provide us parts to assemble our projects in order to conform an multidisciplinary teem to obtain a high quality products. 3 TECHNICAL DIVISIONS OF TELSAT TELECOMMUNICATIONS It handles the area of telecommunications, automation, Control, Design, Television, Audio, Transmitting antennas DEFENCE AND SECURITY It handles the area of high security systems, Alarms, Close circuit television systems (CCTV) Access control systems and armoring systems, automatic control. AEROSPACE It handles areas of aeronautical Design, Manufacture of light Airplanes, UAV, Wind Tunnels, Water Channels for aerodynamic testings, Avionics Systems, aeronautical Communication. COMPOSITES It handles composites areas like Fiber carbon, glass, Kevlar Materials, Polyester Resins, Epoxie resins, Design and manufacture parts, Activated carbon

4 In the aerospace branch we design, development and construction of ultralight airplanes for recognition, sport, agricultural fumigation; unmanned air vehicles (UAV) and didactic and experimental equipment like tunnels of wind, water channels for dynamic tests. The last design that we have is UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) call "Merlin" and "Jaguar", which already is in production and we hope in July we will have it in an autonomous navigation flight. LIGHT AIRPLANE FLYINGCAT Since 5 years ago TELSAT has being developing between its multiple products of technology in the aeronautical sector an airplane of the light type that can serve like primary trainer for pilots, for sport and recognition called "FLYINGCAT" constructed in composite materials of last technology with laminar flow airfoils of high efficiency to obtain excellent flight performance in all the ranks of flight. We are finishing to built a UAV called "Jaguar" of midrange missions for taking photography, video recognition and intelligence, constructed in composite materials with 20 ft wing span. Merlin is an very small UAV to use it in tactical mission by the army.

8 At the present time we are working with our Armed forces and Air force developing a NVG fly helmet for helicopters with wide angle vision in order to replace the old ones and in some cases we help to repair NVG helmets. Test bench for 70 mm ( 2.75 ) for MK66 rockets engines
