1 Queensland Subordinate Legislation 1991 No. 30 ORDER IN COUNCIL Public Service Management and Employment Act 1988 The Administrator of the Government, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, and on the recommendation of the Premier, Minister for Economic and Trade Development and Minister for the Arts (a) revokes the Order in Council made on 24 May 1990 and published in the Gazette of 26 May 1990, at page 507, as amended by the Order in Council (i) made on 2 August 1990 and published in the Gazette of 4 August 1990, at page 2109; and (ii) the Order in Council made on 4 July 1991 and published in the Gazette of that date, at page 1316G; and declares that (i) for the purposes of section 19(3) of the Act, the offices and classes of office to which appointment shall be made on a contract basis are those set out in Schedules 1 and 2; and (ii) this declaration remains in force in relation to the offices and classes of office set out in Schedule 2 only until 31 December Made on 25 July E.
