1 FOREIGN SECURITIES IN CHILE (VECH) TRADED VIA THE INTERNATIONAL SEGMENT OF THE SANTIAGO EXCHANGE PROCEDURES, COMMISSION SCHEDULE AND CUT OFFS/DEADLINES FOR INSTRUCTING RECEIPT/PURCHASE, DELIVERY/SALE OR TRANSFERS ABROAD FOR TRADES DONE VIA THE INTERNATIONAL SEGMENT OF THE SANTIAGO EXCHANGE Deutsche Bank New York (DBNY) is the custodian of DCV (Deposito Central de Valores) for all the foreign securities listed by Deutsche Securities Corredores de Bolsa Limitada (Deutsche Securities Chile) on the Santiago Exchange. The procedures to be followed for the settlement of the purchase, sale and/or transfer of VECH and the related movement of the underlying securities are as follows: 1. TABLE OF INSTRUCTIONS, CUT OFFS AND DCV FORMS: TRANSACTION TYPE CUT OFF TIME IN NEW YORK WILL INSTRUCTIONS BE RECEIVED AFTER THE CUT OFF TIME? SHOULD THE "FROI" FORM FROM DCV BE COMPLETED? (for Chilean DCV participants) SHOULD DCV DEPOSIT/DELIVER ORDER BE COMPLETED? (for Chilean DCV participants) SHOULD "DBNY VECH PREADVICE FORM" BE COMPLETED AND DELIVER? Receive/Foreign Securities Buy(RF) Chilean time in SD-1 YES, BUT UNDER THE BEST EFFORT BASIS YES, SEE ANNEX I (DELIVER VIA FAX)* YES, SEE ANNEX II (DCV SYSTEM INPUT)* YES, SEE ANNEX III (DELIVER VIA E- MAIL)* Deliver/Foreign Securities Sale (DF) Chilean time in SD-1 YES, BUT UNDER THE BEST EFFORT BASIS YES, SEE ANNEX I (DELIVER VIA FAX)* YES, SEE ANNEX II (DCV SYSTEM INPUT)* YES, SEE ANNEX III (DELIVER VIA E- MAIL)* * The details entered on the relevant forms should be consistent with the details of the transactions advised to the foreign brokers, and should include the beneficiary account number at the counterpart DTC (or other clearing depository) participant to help avoid issues on the settlement date. The receipt of VECH will be reflected in the account of the local Chilean intermediary with DCV once DBNY sends confirmation that the underlying securities have been received. The delivery of VECH will be reflected in the account of the local Chilean intermediary with DCV on SD+1 as DBNY will only be able to provide definite settlement confirmation at 6pm NY time that the delivery has been accepted by the receiving foreign broker.

(the fee will be calculated based on number of shares or units irrespective of the market value of the security 4. FEES PAYMENT METHOD The fees mentioned will be credited to DBNY on actual settlement date by way of SPO charge in Depository Trust Company ( DTC ), or via fedwire transfer in favor of Deutsche Bank AG New York The payment of fees for the Receipt or Delivery can be settled in the following ways: A) DB will execute an SPO Charge via the DTC system to the relevant foreign broker B) The broker executes a fedwire transfer in favor of the following account with Deutsche Bank AG in New York: Deutsche Bank AG, New York (DEUTUS33) ABA #: Acct Nr Acct Name: Custody Issue/Cancel Income

It is recommended that all the local intermediaries in Chile that trade abroad the securities listed by Deutsche Securities Chile send a copy of their instructions via fax or e mail to DCV as well as Deutsche Bank AG NY to the below mentioned contacts. These instructions should also include the contact persons at the local intermediary in Chile, as well as the contacts at the foreign broker. In this way, all interested parties will be aware of the transactions and avoid any issues or delays in the settlement of the same. 5.
