2 Express service to Scotland and England ABOUT YOUR JOURNEY EDINBURGH GLASGOW LEEDS MANCHESTER BIRMINGHAM LUGGAGE Transferral of luggage is the passenger s responsibility throughout the journey. Luggage space is limited. Two medium sized suitcase per person plus hand luggage are carried free of charge. Excess luggage will not be carried. No bikes or livestock. INFANTS 2 year olds and under will be carried free of charge on the condition that they sit on the lap of parent/guardian, and that booking staff are made aware at time of booking. Children over 2 years old will be subject to the standard child fare. CANCELLING YOUR TICKET Should you need to cancel your ticket, please telephone the Travel Centre on /7003 in advance of your journey. Refunds cannot be given to passengers who fail to arrive for their departure. Where travel is cancelled before time of travel a refund will be made subject to a 20% admin fee of the value of the unused portion of the ticket (no refunds on advance fares). Alterations can be made before the date and time of travel subject to amendment fee. BOOKING CONDITIONS All tickets are sold subject to the standard conditions of Translink. Copies of our General Conditions of Carriage are available for inspection, on our website or at our offices. All information given in this leaflet is correct at time of print. However, we reserve the right to make alterations without notice and you are advised to check the exact details at the time of booking. ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS Due to possible disruption caused by adverse weather, we may have to arrange alternative ferry travel. This may involve an earlier departure from the Europa Buscentre. In periods of adverse weather please check 12 hours in advance of departure by calling the Travel Centre on /7003 (Monday - Friday 9.00am pm), the Translink Contact Centre on (Monday - Friday 7.00am pm, Sat - Sun 8.00am pm) or by checking the Translink website for the latest travel news. LONDON Cross Channel Express offers great value daily coach services from all over Northern Ireland to over 1,500 locations in Britain and provide onward connections to over 280 European destinations. GREAT VALUE We can provide complimentary travel within Northern Ireland on Translink bus and rail service to and from the Europa Buscentre, Belfast (subject to prevailing local timetable). To avail of this you MUST notify your booking agent on purchase of an Cross Channel Express ticket. Please check for suitable connection times at your local depot. MODERN COACHES All Express services are operated by coaches equipped with reclining seats, onboard toilet facilities and since 2009 all our Express coaches feature free wifi, giving you internet connection on the move! Smoking is not permitted on our coaches. Other coach providers may be sourced during periods of excess demand. HOW TO BOOK Booking really couldn t be easier - to reserve your journey on any Express service to Britain or Mainland Europe just telephone the Travel Centre on /7003.
