3 Tjahyono Firmansyah Mr. Firmansyah obtained an LL.M degree at the Washington College of Law, American University, Washington DC, U.S.A, in Mr. Firmansyah graduated from the University of Indonesia Law School in He has wide experience in handling merger & acquisition, banking & finance, debt restructuring, energy & mining, foreign investment, corporate & commercial deal, land use and real estate, labour/employment & immigration and corporate secretary. In 2007, Mr. Firmansyah was named as one of the leading lawyers in Indonesia for labour and manpower areas by Who s Who Legal. PARTNERS Ivan F. Baely, S.H., LL.M. Mr. Baely gained his Master Degree in Law from the University of Melbourne (LL.M., 1998) after accomplishing his Law Degree from University of Indonesia (S.H., 1996).
