Clinical Director of Partial Hospitalization Programs Responsible for the development, implementation and clinical supervision of Day Treatment Program (partial hospitalization on a national scale for Christian Partial hospitals, Inc., a sub-corporation of RAPHA, Inc.). Duties included staff development and training, clinical supervision and program direction, psychometric evaluation, quality assurance monitoring for JCAHO licensure. Responsible for initial structure of programs subject to geographical location. 8/85 to 8/87 CHARIS, Inc. Executive Director Management and supervision of staff counselors over two counties and three counseling centers. Individual and group counseling with adults, adolescents, and children.
