Together with its mobile app FCS m-housekeeping, the entire e-housekeeping solution is designed with state of the art rules and conditions based logic to allocate room cleaning assignments to the most desired room attendant at any time of the day and supervisors can inspect rooms according to room attendants seniority with digitized checklist. Flexible Deployment Methods The application is now available in both cloud environment and on-premise install, offering greater flexibility to fit different IT infrastructure. It not only automates the manual room assignment process, but also eliminates tons of paper annually on print outs for room assignments and inspection checklists. Apart from the powerful room assignment function, e-housekeeping s other modules such as dashboard, room matrix, inspection matrix, productivity matrix, forecast, roster, inventory, reporting building and scheduler allows housekeeping staff and management to better perform their jobs wit increased efficiency while controlling the operation effortlessly. Turndown Services Auto turndown assignment to room attendants based on conditions like room type, VIP, booking source etc. Inventory Manage loaned service items with item dispatch numbers, keep track of costs and perform periodically inventory reconciliations Roster Assign or schedule jobs according to the manpower situation. 3 Comprehensive features on handheld devices for quick executions FCS m-housekeeping is a mobile app that worked in conjunction with e-housekeeping. It runs on various ios or Android handheld devices for room attendants and supervisors to manage their daily duties. Room attendants can view and accept room cleaning assignments, update room cleaning status, recheck room cleaning guidelines, report lost and found items, manage linen needs, report defects for fixing, control amenities and track loan-item inventories with just a touch of some buttons. For supervisors, they can also manage their inspection assignments with different types of digitized inspection checklists, re-assign rooms, validate the room status and update the most accurate room status back to the PMS in real time. They can also request engineering services as needed to serve their guest s room quickly. m-housekeeping also tracks and allows the posting of detailed guest profile and preference back to the PMS for personalized experience. Under emergency situations, the newly added Panic Button allows housekeeping staff to call for help immediately via SMS, ad-hoc message, direct phone call, job dispatch(via FCS e-connect) or release alarm sound from the mobile devices to attract attention for help. Show live room statuses in different colors, cleaning statuses with different symbols, service inventory items with icons that are required to be returned, on-duty housekeeper or supervisor in each room. Allow grid view of all rooms statuses and room assignments to be sent to another housekeeper or supervisor. Overview of room cleaning productivity by floor (in %) and by different room status. Manage room inspection assignments with both auto or manual assignment per supervisor. Allow front office to rush or queue room without reserved room number. This function helps hotel to ensure there is enough cleaned rooms for VIP check-in or other urgent needs for cleaned rooms. Condition based auto turndown assignment to room attendants. The criteria for tumdown assigments can be room type, VIP, booking source etc. Better inventory management of service items that are loaned to guests e.g. rollaway bed, baby crib etc. The loaning of service items can be blocked for the pre-arrival of guests and then auto-dispatched when the guest checks in. The system can also perform periodical inventory reconciliations, display pictures for each item, send an alert when a preset threshold is hit for a particular item, check the quantity, dollar value, as well as types of items lost. Record the details for laundry, mini-bar and linens such as order number, room number, guest name, room attendants who handle the job, cost, estimated return date, actual return date etc. Those non-post and non-delivery laundry items will be escalated through or job request according to hotel s pre-defined rules in FCS e-connect. Linend and mini-bar charges can also be posted to the PMS in real time. Provide room status forecasts (expected total rooms of new arrivals, in-house and checked-out guests), linen forecast, manpower forecast and profit forecast for laundry. Room Attendant Assignment Roster Room Credit & Time Adjustment Report Builder & Scheduler Instead of assigning room to room attendants under pre-set business rules, hotel can based on forecast information to assign room attendents to different locations. Enable management to effectively assign or schedule jobs according to staff member s accumulated overtime hours and who's rostered on or off duty to ensure enough manpower is allocated to each shift. Roster information can be imported through dedicated excel file format. Auto adjust room cleaning and inspection credits based on different room statuses. Allow housekeeping staff to register lost & found items with detail descriptions and pictures. The system will match lost & found items showing the storage location of each item. Front office or back office can immediate see a full list of items found for both stay-in guests or walk-in guests. Design and schedule your own report based on the available data within the system. Allow the hotel headquarters to create report templates and roll them out to local properties, while also allowing the local properties to create customized reports for their own operations.

5 FCS m-housekeeping on Handheld Devices Auto Room/Public Area Cleaning Assignments Turndown / Additional job update Housekeeping room allocation is automatically determined, based on the hotel requirements e.g. ETA, VIP status, room status, room type and public area statuses etc., eliminating manual process and paper trail. Allow room attendants to update turndown / additional job status with credit and time calculation separately from cleaning assignments. Auto Room/Public Area Inspection Assignments Inspection Checklist Inspection assignments are automatically assigned to supervisors based on hotels pre-set business rules or adjusted according to real time situations. Supervisors can create a digitized checklist for room inspections. There are two types of checklists available: rating checklist and check mark inspection template. If the inspection has failed, the job will be re-assigned to a room attendant to re-clean the room. Room Status Update Supervisors can update all types of room statuses to the PMS in real time. Guest Profile Notes with Details & Preferences View guest profile photos and preferences so that room attendants can easily recognize the guests and report any suspicious or unrecognized person in hotel rooms. Support multiple guest profile notes from the PMS. Count & Post VIP Room Allow room attendants to record non-chargeable items, e.g. linen and amenities, and post the chargeable items, e.g. mini-bar snacks, directly to the PMS. Allow hotel VIP team to manage VIP rooms with better amenity assignments and room requests. Allow room attendants to report lost and found items, with pictures attached. The module can also integrate with 3rd party lost & found systems. Guidance Show pictures of how a particular guest room should look so that room attendants know how to clean and arrange the room properly. Ad-hoc Messaging Provide a 2-way communication module for the Housekeeping Department to converse with their staff for any ad hoc requirements they have or any additional items they may require. Engineering Assistance Allow room attendants to report engineering cases, with pictures attached in real time.
