Responsibilities include organizing and planning of training, recruiting, counseling, budgeting, travel and public relations for the programs. Track coaching accomplishments include 8 Midwest Collegiate Conference men's and women's titles, including back-to-back outdoor men's track titles in 1993 and Cross Country coaching accomplishments include 25 Midwest Conference titles and 12 individual conference titles. The Grinnell Cross Country team has been Academic All-America as a team every year of the award being offered. Visiting Coach, Bahamas (Bahamian Athletic Association), Nassau, Bahamas.
