Included Institutional Self Study, Annual Convention, Regional Rules Meetings and filing of all annual reports with National office. Led all training sessions on rules compliance for all North Central coaches for all sports Successfully developed, implemented, evaluated, and improved a leadership program specifically for North Central University athletes. Included development of all training, programming, and activities, scheduling of all guest speakers, developing curriculum, conducting monthly training meetings and activities. These included two annual retreats for Spring and Fall sport athletes Developed first ever recruitment strategy for North Central University Athletics Department Developed and implemented curriculum for Sport Management Major for North Central University, led hire process for lead instructor.
