9 Training Manager: Functionality Overview Employee Record Roles Setof Selection fields can be used on the Employee record, even dependencies E.g.: Employee Department (Parent) and Employee Job Position (Child) are in a dependent relationship Employee Job Position will drive the creation of Training Records Additional sets of selection fields can be used, in conjunction with Employee Job Position to create additional Training Records E.g.: Additional Training Requirements multi selection field Parent Dependent field Employee Department Child Dependent field Employee Job Position Additional multi selection field to create more Training Records

How Often Training should repeat (Years or Days) A Schedule can be relative to Last Time Training was completed or a Date/Date Time field on the Employee Record (e.g., Birth Date, Hire Date, etc.) If selected, creates the Training Record immediately Creates Training Record before they are due Observe CC process. Skip training if trained within X days

TrackWise Coordinator captures the hands on training and moves Hands on Theoretical it to a Pending State. Training Training The Pending State can be Locked 3. Once the theoretical training is completed the hands on training moves back to the original State.
